  This is the worst car wash and the customer service is awful. I would not recommend this car wash.

  I have been a Zips customer since their arrival in Myrtle Beach. I have used every location on the Grand Strand. The Windy Hill location in North Myrtle Beach is the best run, best helpful staff and always spotlessly clean. Always has towels, cleaning sprays, vacuums working and help if needed. I can't say that for any other location. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Windy Hill. 👍

  Paid $12 for a car wash and my brand new car got scuffed + scratched. My 1st time going through a car wash instead of me just spraying it myself.

  We were out of town so the attendant had to help with signing in. He was awesome. He helped us he was very patient and professional. I thank you so much for his help. His name is Hyleem we where at North Myrtle Beach, SC

  This is my favorite car wash... BUT... what's happening to the manager? No emotion, no smiles. He looks miserable to be here. Whatever happens in a person's personal life they shouldn't bring to work. His happiness and kindness is what made me buy a membership. But now he is cold and distant and miserable looking. He had no emotions leading me into the bay. He barely put water on my car with the sprayer. Makes my experience miserable to see employees so miserable. Vacuums are 100% tho !!!
