  I’m from Pittsburgh on vacation and I wanted a car wash. Zips is where it is at. Nice service. Towels on towels for drying. Glass cleaner for days. Vacuums are solid. Manager was an absolute professional and made me feel like family. I highly recommend this place. They use excellent product. My wheels have never shined this much from any car wash ever.

  Been using Zips for years, never had an issue. Spend $60 a month for 2 vehicles unlimited wash no big deal. Tonight I brought my van here that doesn’t have a sticker just to use the vacuums real quick. Was the only one there and the worker just kept walking by me giving me a look like he wanted to say something. Eventually he did and said I have to pay to use the vacuums. I laughed and pointed at the free vacuums sign and told him I pay $60 a month for my other two vehicles. Told me it doesn’t matter and said I have to pay. I don’t even think there’s anywhere I can swipe my card or put change in a machine anyways. Not sure what his problem was but I left because I wasn’t going to argue with a grown man getting paid $13/hr. These days there’s a new car wash company around every corner down here and I’ll just bring my business elsewhere. Little ridiculous if you ask me. 8/9/26 6:15pm larger man with scratches or marks on his face. Doesn’t really matter but oh well.
