Kyle and his crew are amazing!!! The facility is clean and the staff is super sweet and helpful. I unfortunately locked my keys and phone in my car and Kyle called the locksmith and invited me into the office to cool down. If you are planning on washing your car or locking your keys in it I would highly recommend heading their way! 😁

Oliver was great he checked on us and was very informative. Grateful. Kids had a candy fight while driving and sugar was all over the place. Thank you again

Be careful with Zips membership. I canceled mine and Zips charged my card three more times and finally had to block the card. Zips would only refund $60 of the $90 charged after my service was canceled and that took getting my bank involved. Zips corporate is extremely difficult to deal with.

Horrible Car was! Nothing ever works right. Towels and bottles are always empty. Dirty parking lot. I am a member and they have raised my membership cost twice this year without even telling me. The memberships are not worth it for a poorly run site like this. Fortunately there is a Brand New Tidal wave wash opening a few miles away. I checked their prices and they are much cheaper and have a brand new store with everything working. No brainer that its time to cancel my two cars at Zips and move down to Tidal wave. I hope that everyone reading this posts makes the same choice that I am making.
