They were too incompetent to listen when my husband told them the problem was the key fob,they sent AAA and they couldn't fix it because he assumed it was the car battery(which they told him it was). We have to wait for an Uber, which I hate because I HATE getting in the car with strangers, especially when I have my kids. Worst experience ever, I will never deal with enterprise for as long as I live. FYI we are STILL waiting for assistance and it's been 4 hours, and I have to be at work tomorrow. Good luck everyone, you're going to need it dealing with this company. UPDATE: The Uber guy was amazing, he understood we had a rough day, and was able to fit my family in his van. He was truly an angel. I wish I had his information so I could rate him properly because the other person who was supposed to come that enterprise sent, canceled the trip.
