  I normally choose Enterprise whenever I need to rent a car, and the North Myrtle Beach location is a perfect example of why. The customer service here was exceptional. I interacted with three different employees during my rental, and every single one of them was wonderful to deal with. I only wish I had written down their names because each of them deserves to be recognized! From the moment I picked up the car to when I unexpectedly needed to extend my rental because of a family emergency, they made everything completely seamless. More importantly, they treated me with genuine kindness and understanding during a stressful time, and that meant so much to me. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism each person showed me. This location goes above and beyond, and I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. If I could give them an A+ and 10 stars, I would! Thank you to the wonderful team at Enterprise North Myrtle Beach!

  Rented a luxury car classified as BMW 3 series, CLA Mercedes or Genisis G70. I got a Dodge Durango. When I questioned the car, I was told they don’t carry those models at this store. Yet it took my reservation for that location. They claimed going from BMW to Dodge Durango was an upgrade to the next level. RENTER BEWARE!

  Always a pleasure renting from North Myrtle Beach Enterprise. The two young ladies who were there when I checked in for my rental were an absolute pleasure. And the manager who followed up on my rental afterwards was absolutely fantastic and a delight to speak with. Those 3 ladies definitely should be acknowledged for their outstanding customer service, professionalism , and quality of service to their customers. Definitely shows a level of dedication to their job.

  Please get those ladies some help! This is such a busy location and they are doing their best to get customers in and out and on their way. I just dropped off my rental after literally driving it across the country and I needed a ride home. I had to wait a very long time because they are short on employees and they didn't have anyone available to provide me with the "ride home" which they used to be so famous for, but alas, their corporate overlords changed their famous motto and it not so much a thing but they still helped me out and the young lady who drove me home was just the sweetest and nicest young woman and I want to thank her again for her kindness. I was in a LOT of pain because I could not take my pain medication due to my needing to drive the rental back, and being a responsible citizen, I held off taking the pain meds this morning. My pain level was at a screaming 10! She showed great empathy and got me home so I could get comfortable. This woman reminded me again that I made the right decision to move back to one of the most beautiful parts of the USA. It's not just that it is beautiful here, so are the people, they are so kind and so full of joy and good will. Enterprise, please reward this woman, and please, help this location get more employees because it is a very very busy location and they need more help. Folks renting from them, please show these ladies grace and patience, they are doing their best.

  I had just been in an accident and was renting a vehicle and they asked me if wanted insurance and I said yes not realizing my Allstate insurance would cover it. It had been three years since I had been in an accident. When I was balancing my check book they had charged me $ 504 for 5 days. I didn’t like the Chevy equinox because it was to big and couldn’t park it so when I went back to exchange it for a smaller size. I have no disrespect for the employees they were absolutely great. When I told them I had insurance on it the hold time and requested a refund they wouldn’t give me one. I think that is terrible way to do business and I will never rent from them again.
