  Did their $19 dollar wash and it sort of just seemed like water was just sprayed on my car. Slightly better than before but not as clean as I would have hoped

  Okay first off I came in like 40 minutes before close which i already felt bad about, however I am SO happy I did. Matt!! He was phenomenal!! He was so sweet, answered all my questions, and helped me with my promo code! After I went through the carwash he approached me and helped me clean my mats! He was genuinely interested in talking with me and anytime he saw another customer needed help he RAN to help them. He was physically moving so fast paced and working SO incredibly hard. As a manager myself, people like him are so hard to find. Everytime I turned around he was helping me before I even knew I needed help (example I needed more towels and did not realize there was only one left and he came swooping around the corner with more!!) He was training, deploying his team, and taking out trash all while giving top tier customer service!! Whatever you are paying him pay more!! I am only going to subscribe to the membership because of Matt. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

  After my first great visit to Whistle Express, I decided it was time to take another trip and the amazing employee who helped me this time, Kyle, cemented this car wash as my favorite spot to get my vehicle cleaned. He was friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable about each service he provided. Thank you Kyle and thank you Whistle Express!!

  This is the better location in the Charleston area (Tanger). Wash and service good. The member lane doesn't do a good job of catching your license plate and more times than not I need the staff to override the system so I can go in. I have a membership. They are always responsive though.

  I just had to spend close to 2 hours in this god awful heat literally scrubbing my truck front to back top to bottom, vacuums are ok nothing spectacular and the one on one side of me didn't work at all, mat cleaner is cool but they aren't really all that clean, nor are they shiny, I don't think the wash cleaned even 1 bug off my truck. I expect to need to touch up some spots but I literally just scrubbed it all by hand had to use my fingernails to really get the dirt and weird spots off, if I had known I'd be washing it myself I would've just gone to a self serve. The glass cleaner was nice, but I have that behind my seat. Surface cleaner did a good job. Customer service was on par, very friendly gentleman up front explaining prices and differences in washes. A couple guys were walking together gathering dirty towels and replenishing cleaners, one gave me a compliment on my truck and was very friendly. I wish they would've used that scrub brush they used on windshield, back window, and tailgate on the backs of my mirrors and front/ grill. Exactly where all the bugs were, nothing was touched, so I really had to scour all of those off so now I have a ton of bug gut residue on my hands I'm sure... gross. I paid extra to get the tire shine and it barely sprayed anything on my tires, also surprise! They're not shiny. I was seriously considering switching from tidal wave to whistle because the price difference is amazing. Now I know why... you get what you pay for, right? I guess I'll just stick to what works and I have to work less at, much less...I wish I would've taken pics sooner before I did all the scrubbing...
