  Didn't wash the entire right side of my car. The cloth things didn't even touch it. I have a mid-size car. Ford fusion 2016. Probably good for bigger vehicles but a waste of my time and money.

  This is the best Tommy's car wash I have been at. I'm from Michigan and moved to Goose Creek. I have been to the Tommy's in Holland and Jenison and Hudsonville and Grandville in Michigan. They don't come close to getting a vehicle clean as yours does. They need to take a lesson from yours if they want to improve. If you think you need to improve think twice before you do. As you know the Holland Tommy's is where the main headquarters is located. Give them a shout and have them come down here and learn a few things. I have plenty of car washes near me in Goose Creek, yet I drive to North Charleston to get our vehicles washed. I'm just so amazed that it does such a great job on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica getting the hard to get places especially the hatch and the rails below the slider doors, the 2015 Infinity is so clean the forgotten scratches now show. I will continue to get our vehicles washed at your location.

  Today's wash had my car shining and Zy came by to make sure the wash was satisfactory and if I needed anything. They always have towels to use and their vacuums are among the best compared to other locations.

  Tommy’s Express made getting a car wash quick, easy, and surprisingly efficient. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the car came out looking noticeably cleaner inside and out. The vacuuming and finishing touches were well done, and the overall experience felt fast without feeling rushed. If you’re looking for a convenient wash that delivers solid results, this is a great option.

  Overall, a disappointing experience at Tommy’s. The customer service was kind, but the wait to get into the car wash was long, and there is no cleaning solution unless you pay extra (on top of what you have already payed for the car wash.) We are leaving with a semi-clean car and will be having to visit another car wash after this.
