Not all Oil Change and Auto places are created equal... but if you're anywhere near this SpeeDee, it's worth passing ten shops that are closer to you. I've been here only a handful of times over the years but they remember me, my vehicle, and make the whole process as smooth and easy as can be. BIG BIG SHOUTOUT to Carol specifically, who was a ray of sunshine last time *and* helped me get a great deal after I brought in a coupon that didn't apply to my initial service. The technicians are knowledgeable and explain everything going on with your car with full transparency, even stuff you didn't come in for, so that you're always aware of your engine's status. 10/10, pay these folks more because they're doing great work!

I went in at my set time and Carol and the crew were there ready to work. Initially I was there for oil change but I admit I was aware other things needed to be done. After the vehicle inspection Steven called me about other safety issues that needed to be addressed. I knew his concerns were on point. No oversell. Thanks! To the entire team!

Horrible experience, prices for parts were double the price they should be. My car left with a puncture on a hose that was not there or leaking before the car was at the shop(my car was there for two hours tops). Mechanics were touching and messing with my car when I was there but the Manager told me that they only did a visual inspection but gave me a full quote on what needed to be done to my car. When I spoke to the manager he told me the district manager was going to call me but never did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I got my car fixed by another mechanic for half the price and there were services tacked on that my car did not need at all.
