  Grady from Safelite was great. He texted to let me know that he was on the way. I put in the wrong address so he also had to text to confirm my address. His service was great!

  Awful! Tech stood me up after realizing it was a cash job and said he also couldnt come because it was going to rain but I have a garage so he had plenty of room to stay dry. He refused to hear that though. What really made me mad is that I was his 4th customer of the day and I’m 13 minutes from the shop. Why in the world wait until the last minute to say you’re not coming because I’m a cash job and then continue to ask me why I’m not using insurance. This all happened the DAY AFTER another company stood me up, I called safelite thinking I would get better service and they let their employee do the same exact thing to me. I’m a single mother of 5 and I lost two days of pay because of this. He obviously didn’t care because he still got paid for those days but I sure didn’t and now it’s got me in a jam. I already had to pay almost $800 because I have NC insurance. I absolutely hate the customer service in this city, it’s worthless and I can see the management team there doesn’t care either. It’s so sad. I honestly thought this would be a better experience but it’s okay I’ll take my business somewhere where cash customers are appreciated as well. Surely overpriced for the crap service I received. It’s too bad too because my father is a VP of a trucking company here in Charleston called Dile Trucking and they were going to get thousands of dollars of business but he isn’t now since this is how they handle their customers….i really hope management sees this and looks him up and asks why he didn’t give them his business…

  Chris was great, he did a great job from start to finish. He called me when he was coming, once he arrived he was friendly and professional. Just great, 100 percent recommend!

  By the time the work was done, I have no complaints and certainly not over the tech that did show up. They were fine. But initially, they were a no-call/no-show for a six-hour window and then did not to respond to any calls. I thought that was very unprofessional.

  Scheduling and rescheduling the appointment based off of weather was extremely convenient! I did take the option of supplying my own wiper blades, which was an easy process. Nicholas, the installation specialist was extremely competent and coordinated his work with ease. My new windshield and wiper blades were installed without any worries or stress.
