  Great experience with Safelite AutoGlass! I was in and out within an hour. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They did a great job on my car, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

  It took 3 appointments to get the right windshield. The first two appointments were delayed. Finally on the third try the windchill was installed but my driver windshield wiper was not re-assembled properly and hit the hood chipping the paint. Disappointed about the customer service and the craftsmanship.

  If you use SafeLite Auto Glass Replacement; be prepared to deal with the following: A. The AI Que and even the Physical Customer Service Representative to get connected to the Local Facility you choose from State Farm Insurance. It is extremely burdensome to get to talk to the local SafeLite Glass Replacement Facility to answer questions AI or the Que Customer Service Representative. You have to be diligent in pursuing your request to talk to the Facility that your Vehicle is scheduled to be worked on at!! 2. If you go to the SafeLite Glass Replacement Facility in North Charleston, South Carolina; be prepared to be amazed! You will receive some of the best Customer Service, care and support ever imagined! Cudos to all that made my appointment seamless from the pleasant Receptionist, the TechnicIan who handled the service and to the Manager! He answered the forwarded call from the Receptionist about my appointment! This Manager was comfortable to talk to! He made every effort to answer what questions I had about the scheduled work and even made a suggestion based on his knowledge of the availability in the schedule to give me the option to move up my appointment! It was fantastic! In closing: You have to weigh the options of what you expect from a National Corporation such as SafeLite! It will be up to their Customer Retention Department to make changes for Customers! I have to say in the most positive way; I was extremely happy and satisfied with the Manager, the Receptionist and the Staff at the Local SafeLite Service Facility located on Palmetto Commerce Parkway here in North Charleston, South Carolina! Thank you for all your did for me in getting My 2006 Ford F250 XLT Super Duty Diesel Windshield and both Front Driver and Passenger windows replaced! The work is so amazing I can see through all the great work the SafeLite Tech did!😎

  The repair was fine. Getting in and my appointment were fine too. However, when they said they were done I asked the technician if they had vacuumed the glass out of the door. The response was a yes sir taken care of. The next day when I shut the door that was repaired it sounded like a damn maraca. Then when I shut the front door, it too causes all the glass to rattle. When I called about it, they were nice as can be but I still had to create a “warranty” appointment for the following week to get it taken care of. Not saying Safelite is horrible or anything like that but beware the standard for craftsmanship and professionalism.
