  I was emailed by the company to come in for my complimentary tire rotation because i purchased the tires from there. I had a sneaky suspicion these experts were on the shady side, so i marked all my tires. I went in and had them do the "job" and left. I was in a hurry, so i didnt check until i returned home. Lo and behold they didn't move a single tire! I called the buisness and spoke to the same desk guy who I had dealt with eairler. When i told him I knew they hadn't done a single thing he huffed and puffed and said call corporate. I set my phone down and got my receipt from my car and missed a call. I returned the call for the same guy to answer and feed me some song and dance that the service tech had "measured" the tires and they didn't need rotating. At this point I'm being spoonfed complete bs. Tires need to be rotated, but that's niether here nor there. I went in for a service that i did not receive! I was completely deceived, and had i not thought to mark my tires, i would have driven on them for a long time, no doubt ruining them over time. How often do these fine folks pull this kinda stuff? Is it a scam to get people in there for tires more often? How often is this location flat out lying to the people they are supposed to be helping? I am not normally a review person,but this type of shady behavior needs to be put out there so others don't get screwed over by these types of tactics. I did reach out to corporate, and they suggested another location. Why would i ever support any of their stores again? I haven't heard back from corporate about how to fix this mistake, and honestly, it speaks wonders for the company as a whole. There are a lot of better places in the area to receive automotive work, and i highly suggest looking around and avoiding this place.

  We had a flat tire while on a road trip in a rental car. Alamo sent me here to get the tire fixed. Even though they don't partner with Alamo, they repaired the tire for free. Eric was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

  Joshua give excellent customer service he even point out another issue I need to get taken care of . He was Phenomenal I highly recommend Mavis on 8421 Dorchester Rd. Awesome Team and Excellent customer service! Thanks 😊 for the discount Josh you rock 🤘

  Eric is great representative! Came had a bit of mixup on my behalf and Eric was just so patient with me and took the time out to help me figure everything out and come to a resolution that was good for me and my purse as well as my Range Rover in a short amount of time!   Great and honest service. Eric and Doug were fantastic. I really appreciated how straight forward and genuine they were. They didn’t try to upsell on stuff I didn’t need. Even saved me some money when I assessed my own vehicle wrong. Eric especially was great to work with. The guy didn’t try to swindle me. He seems like a guy who really care about his customers. And seems like someone who is looking out for peoples wallets. Treat them with respect and they’ll give it right back. Thank you guys for the service and help!
