Be ready to spend a lot of time if you are waiting. I had an appointment and I have been waiting 3 hours and my vehicle still hasn't moved. And I'm here to replace two tires on a corporate vehicle

My tire sensor popped up while driving so I was close to mavis tire on rivers avenue thinking they could put some air in my tire. I walked in, there was no one in the lobby except four men standing at the counter. Two men up front printing from a printer and two having a private conversation. One man briefly looked up and said nothing, but continued doing nothing, just standing there. Not one of them ask, can we help you, we will be with you a minute, they said nothing they totally ignored my presence. I turned and walk away because it was clear they didn’t want my business. Btw I was willing pay for having them put air in my tires. It wasn’t until I walked out I heard one of the men saying something but I couldn’t make out what he was saying. I will never set foot in that business again. If I could give a negative star I would.

This is a great shop with great customer service. I had Nino help me out and they honestly went above and beyond on a Sunday to help change a tire for me from an enterprise rental. If I could give more stars for their customer service I would because they cared and helped in a great way and I appreciate them for that. Thank you guys.

Brand new car purchase with less than 300 miles suddenly had screws in three tires. Dealer wanted to replace indicating slow leaks. These folks showed the tire off the rim to me, proving no issues. Amazing with honesty and do the right thing with the customer. Bravo. Mavis is my store now.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable.
I called ahead and was quoted around $120 for a wheel alignment. After arriving, instead of performing the alignment, I was told I needed to replace two tires because there “wasn’t enough tread.” One of the tires they wanted me to replace was only 3 days old, and all four tires had similar tread.
The visit only became more frustrating from there. We were then told I needed new brake pads. My boyfriend questioned that recommendation because the brake pads had already been replaced, a week prior, and the response we received was a smirk from the supervisor before he walked away, because he knew he was in the wrong.
There’s nothing wrong with declining work if there is a legitimate reason. There is a problem when the recommendations don’t match the condition of the vehicle and basic questions are met with dismissive behavior instead of professionalism.
I came in expecting a straightforward alignment and left feeling like I was being pressured into spending hundreds of dollars on repairs instead. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I would encourage anyone considering this location to get a second opinion before agreeing to additional work.
