Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

A few months ago, took my car in to address a suspension noise. They replaced my shocks. The ride was better but after a little over a month, noticed the noise was back and louder and now the steering was off.
Made an appointment and when I showed up, waited at the empty counter for about 10 minutes before a guy walked out, asked my name, clacked the keyboard a few times and said: "my mechanic just quit" then blank stared at me. Not sure what to do with that info, after an awkward pause, I asked what that meant for me: "can't work on it..." *Another empty stare from him*.
So after that I made it to another shop, apparently when this Mavis put my shocks in, they didn't tighten the tie rod end and it was working its way loose. It nearly wallowed out my steering knuckle which would have been a $2000+ repair bill. They don't seem to need the work so I'm happy to go elsewhere, I guess their "warranty" is pointless

It took them almost 2 hours to patch my tire. Then it sat in the parking lot for another 40 minutes after it was finished before I finally had to ask if I could pay now so I can leave. He had trouble finding my keys at first, which made sense when I realized my ticket was written up for the incorrect vehicle. Very slow and unorganized overall but at least the patch was only $30

I had an appointment scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and dropped off my vehicle at approximately 8:19 a.m. I was initially informed that the service would take between one and two hours. Since I was with my two-year-old toddler and could not wait that long at the shop, I decided to take an Uber home, expecting to receive a call when my vehicle was ready.
More than three hours passed without any communication from your staff. I eventually called to check on the status of my vehicle, only to be told that the tires had not been changed because the wheel lock key could not be located. I was also informed that the phone number on file was incorrect, which is why no one contacted me.
While I appreciate the employee’s apology, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication. Had I been informed promptly, I would not have wasted over three hours of my time or paid for two Uber rides unnecessarily. The issue could have been resolved much sooner if someone had simply notified me as soon as the problem was discovered.
Overall, this experience was very frustrating and inconvenient, especially while caring for my young child. I hope steps are taken to improve communication with customers so that others do not experience the same situation.

Absolutely the worst auto shop experience I have ever had.
I brought my car in for new tires and additional work, and for three days straight I was fed the same excuse: "It'll be ready tomorrow." Tomorrow came and went over and over. Finally, I was told the car would definitely be ready that day, so I went to pick it up.
When I got there, my car was still sitting on the lift. What really infuriated me was that nobody was working on it. Instead, employees were standing around on their phones, slap boxing, joking around, and doing everything except their jobs. It was obvious why my car had been delayed for days.
One employee was getting ready to leave and was visibly annoyed because he apparently hadn't finished my car. Imagine being upset that you have to finish the job you're being paid to do. He threw the tires on, finished up, and left.
I drove away and hadn't even gone a block before my steering wheel started shaking. Luckily, I hadn't made it onto the highway because the genius who worked on my car failed to tighten the lug nuts on the wheel. That kind of negligence could have caused a wheel to come off and seriously injured or killed someone.
I turned around and went back. They tightened the lug nuts, and I left again. Then I noticed my car pulling hard to the right because they never bothered to align the tires. At that point I was beyond furious. I had to turn around AGAIN, only to be told that since they were closing, I'd have to leave my car overnight because the work STILL wasn't finished.
Three days of delays. Multiple trips back to the shop. Unsafe work. Zero attention to detail. Employees standing around wasting time while customers are repeatedly lied to about completion times. And on top of all that, the employee responsible acted irritated that he had to stay and finish the work.
This wasn't just poor customer service—it was pure incompetence. If this is how they handle something as basic as installing tires, I wouldn't trust them to change a windshield wiper. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and potential safety hazard and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Tire technicians did very very poor work.
Brought in my car with two fresh tires to be replaced via appointment.
When i got my keys back after the service and after inspecting the service done both rims were covered in grease still.
Upon cleaning the grease off (while still in the parking lot) I found both of my rims were extremely dinged / scuffed and scratched through the PPF. (See photos attached below)
Will be following up Monday when a manager is on duty to see how they will make this right.
Would not recommend.
