- STShane Todd5 days ago1.0I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am and dropped my truck off for 2 new tires. At 2:15, I called to check on the status because it had been over 3 hours since I had dropped it off for the 11:00 am appointment. I was told that they were almost finished with my truck and they would call me as soon as they finished. I went ahead and went back up there to be there when it was finished. When I arrived at 2:30, my truck had never moved from the parking spot where I parked it. When I asked the manager, he said they were busy all day. What was the point of setting up an appointment? How about a courtesy call to say, hey we are busy and running a little behind? The fact that the manager outright lied to me and told me it was almost finished is very unprofessional and a horrible business practice.

Breuana (front desk) was super patient and knowledgeable about the issue I was having and provided me with the services she recommended. I had visited another close by Mavis location and the so called manager outright denied me service for my front end tires solely because he was in a terrible mood (from what I gathered based on his demeanor). Breuana from this location and also Ant, the tires and brakes technician were super friendly and made my experience much better!
