Bought 4 new tires at Mavis. Was told it would take about 2 hours to install. After 2 hours my car was on lift, tires removed and no one had touched it in an hour and a half. They weren’t working on other cars. The techs were on their cell phones the majority of the time. When I complained, they got off their phone and began to install the tires. When I picked up my car, the rims were covered in grease and one rim was gouged. They tried to say it was already there. The car has no scratches or dents anywhere. It is rarely driven and garage kept. I have given them the estimate for repair but have had no reply.

The Mavis staff was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They found a nail in a tire that had been losing air and replaced my windshield wipers. The prices were quite reasonable. I feel fortunate that such a good auto shop is five minutes from my home.

Nick is the Very Best! I ran over a garden tool in the driveway. Nick took my car right in and helped tremendously! He offered to order the tire needed immediately when it was found that the tire couldn’t be repaired. I appreciate Mavis and Nick, and the office staff there so much. They are professional and very efficient! 5 Stars all the way! Thank you!
