  If i could give 10 stars I would. Eric, Walker, Dahn and the crew, took such good care of my car. The Prius runs great, needed brakes, oil change and a tire. Was there for maybe 1 hr 30 mins and the price was very good. I HAVE FOUND MY HOME GARAGE, WITH THIS GOODYEAR LOCATION. I WILL BE BRINGING MY CAR BACK FOR EVERYTHING HERE. ERIC, DAHN, WALKER TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME!!!!!!!! 🎯🚗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟❤️😁

  My daughter had some issues with her vehicle Erick and his team got my daughter in right away they were extremely nice to her diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in a timely manner, I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them!

  i had such an amazing experience with Goodyear, & i especially want to recognize Dawn for going above & beyond to help me! my tire was torn & literally on the verge of blowing, so i was understandably stressed & needed help quickly. from the moment i spoke with Dawn, she was incredibly kind, personable, professional, patient, & genuinely caring. Dawn didn’t just point me in the right direction, she called around to different tire shops herself to help me find the correct tire size, kept me updated every step of the way, & made sure i knew what was going on. thanks to her, i was able to get the tire i needed from mavis tires & brakes. she even had me come back to Goodyear afterward so their crew could put my tire on. she didn’t even charge me for putting the tire on, & i was literally in & out! that saved me the rest of my day instead of having to wait hours somewhere else or come back another day to make an appointment. that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Dawn made me feel like more than just another customer, she genuinely cared about helping me get safely back on the road. her personality, professionalism, kindness, & willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out to me. absolutely recommend Goodyear, Chris, Eric, & the rest of the crew, but especially Dawn! she is a wonderful representation of what exceptional customer service should look like. thank you so much, Dawn!! ❤️
