  Had a very serious situation in Goose Creek after leaving Charleston International Airport. Had to leave my vehicle and rent a car. A good Samaritan brought me there from O'Reilly's. Blake Moore the assistant Manager at Enterprise 8734 Rivers Ave (on the spot) took care of my needs!! Fantastic job Blake!

  Today, this 5 star review goes to : BLAKE ! I have been having issues for several days. 😡 Blake stepped in and had it solved in less than half an hour. What more can you ask for ? This location has ALWAYS come thru for me. Kudos to all.

  Not a good experience. Rude customer service reps. Incredibly unprofessional. Turned away a lot of people, saying they had no available cars. Called every day and harassed me AFTER I returned the rental and paid them. I had to get my repair shop rep involved to make them stop calling. I do not recommend.

  THIS IS THE WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER SO I TRY TO GET A RENTAL CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER BIRTHDAY WEEKEND WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS USING MY SPOUSE VEHICLE WHICH WAS A RENTAL AS WELL THEY TOLD ME I CANT GET A RENTAL BECAUSE MY SPOUSE ALREADY HAVE ONE…what does my spouse having a rental in his name have to do with me???? I didn’t sign anything I wasn’t added to any contract budget/avis rules are spouses or domestic partners are able to drive the rental without being added!!!! So I was never under contract with anyone! Which still doesn’t make sense because enterprise policy you and a spouse can have 2 rentals at once just in your name & your license separate contracts so that doesn’t make sense he GUS/SPENCER told me I have access to a rental so I’m not able to get one in my own name this really made my weekend turn upside down I had to cancel my plans because they were no vehicles available anywhere else I called customer service NOBODY got back to me!!! Never ever again & he said he couldn’t confirm anything I was saying like I was lying to him when he could’ve clearly look my name up in the system & see I don’t have a vehicle in my name but I’m going to keep complaining until something is done that was UNFAIR!!!!
