    Rental of my choice was not there but the detailing guys John and Anthony helped me with a better car. It was not their job but they saw how disgusted I was bc the car of my choice was not there. The car was actually a smart car and great on gas. In return Lucas was not there and Augustis closed in on my return he was very professional and made my return an ease. Augustis was very professional and because of him and the customer service of these young men. I will be coming back soon for my next rental.

    Both Spencer and Augustus were exemplary. Spencer was able to get me a vehicle as a walk in (had a lost key with my POV). Augustus was courteous and helpful with the early return.

    I would like to commend the team at Enterprise on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston for their outstanding service. After my reservation at the Columbia (Greystone Boulevard) location was unexpectedly canceled just an hour before my scheduled pickup due to high demand surrounding the Masters, I was left in a very difficult situation. The North Charleston team went above and beyond to assist me. They proactively followed up, kept me informed, and secured a 12-passenger van as an alternative to the 15-passenger vehicle I originally reserved. Their communication, responsiveness, and commitment to helping me find a solution were truly exceptional. Thanks to their efforts, I was still able to take my family on our planned trip to Florida without disruption. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a genuine willingness to help that made a stressful situation much easier to manage. They are a great example of excellent customer service, and I sincerely appreciate everything they did.

    For the past three or four weekends, I’ve been renting a car from Enterprise mostly from the locational Main Street. I decided to start renting from my location closer to my house on Rivers Avenue last weekend I rented from Augustus who provided me great service And was very polite. they gave me a Nissan Ultima however it was so dirty on the inside and out. It looked like somebody just returned it on top of that it smelled and had a rip in the backseat, which I called immediately at report upon returning the car Sunday afternoon I was helped by Grace Who asked how was my rental? I explained the smell in the roof in the seat. And she quickly apologized and said that she would definitely look into it and make sure that this would not be something that I had to deal. Advise Greece And I would like to rent another car the following weekends picking up on Friday and dropping off on Sunday she said great. She was set up my reservation and email it to me. I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes waiting on my Lyft to come as I’m leaving again confirmed about my reservation in Grace assured me She was putting it in right now And I would get an email in the near future guess what I never got the email so I called Thursday afternoon to confirm my confirmation Grace was not available however a guy answered the phone. I forgot his name, but he advised me that there was no reservation in the system with my name on it and pointing me with direction of the Where not only with a very inconvenience since I live around the corner, but also $100 more and he stated this is all due to supply in demand. I really counted on Enterprise to be there As my family is going through a crisis, my father is in the hospital at the VA and based on their reputation, they always came through but today, their gross negligence and insensitivity went un noticed. I hope you guys in the Rivers Ave office get back To the Great customer service that you were ones known for especially in the city of Charleston Many people come to visit during the Tourist season.
