  We have rented with enterprise 5 times so far this year and every time the customer service is excellent. The Rivers Avenue location.

  Rented a car weeks in advance, and the day of my rental I even moved the pickup time from 4pm back down to noon. Showed up 30 minutes early even. The people there are great-offered me a vehicle they had at the moments to help get me on my vacation early. Each person I interacted with there-Keys, JB and James-were all absolutely great! The only thing stopping the 5th star is the vehicle itself, I just wasn't a fan of it-the windshield wipers were bad and the horn didn't work. As for Enterprise and the people, I'll definitely be back-will just look at the vehicle a little closer. Great people make all the difference!

  Absolutely the worst rental experience. We rented an SUV specifically because we needed to transport a large cooler with refrigerated products. The vehicle was handed to us by Augustis Frasier & it was EXTREMELY dirty, with stains and no windshield washer fluid. It clearly had not been cleaned at all. We emailed them TWICE, no response. When we dropped it off the manager JV gave us a small discount to make up for it, which we accepted. When we returned the car, we accidentally forgot our cooler (huge, long white cooler) in the back. We took all the stuff out the night before, but because it still had ice and was heavy we decided to leave it there and tale care of it in the morning. We completely forgot about the cooler. Which was left in back of the car when we dropped it off. We called the very next day to let them know and arrange pickup. The person who answered told us to call back or come in the following day because that wasn’t his regular store and he didn’t know where they would keep things. Today, we called back, and suddenly the cooler is nowhere to be found. We never touched it, moved it, or took it out. It was left exactly where it had been for 5 days and we even had a couple of items inside from our trip to Florida. When I asked about it, Mrs. Rose just kept repeating, “Enterprise is not responsible for anything left behind.” I understand policies, but hiding behind “we’re not responsible” to keep things that aren’t innocently left behind is disgusting. instead of actually helping a customer retrieve an item that was reported immediately. Just unacceptable. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. Check every inch of the car before renting, take pictures of all dirt, stains, and missing supplies, and check everything before returning it. Because if you accidentally leave something behind, don’t expect them to help you recover it. We paid for a service and received a dirty, unprepared vehicle, followed by terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache. Rent somewhere else.

  I would like to give five stars to Augustus and Keys for their diligence and teamwork this past Saturday. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they were short-staffed and assisting a large crowd, yet they still delivered excellent service and got me into a vehicle. As always, they were kind and accommodating. I also appreciate the supporting staff who stayed late to assist other customers.
