  Trinity was SUCH a big help! I’ve been an AutoZone customer for years, and although my transaction overall wasn’t anything major, it was a big deal to me. I was in a bind, and she paid attention to the little things that made me feel genuinely well taken care of. Her customer service was excellent, and I just wanted to make sure that was recognized. Thank you for your help, Trinity! My truck runs again!

  Went their Wednesdays to get wiper blades put on my vehicle and the guy just looked at them and said that they don't fit so I said not even with the adapters?He said they won't.. I would prefer you say you didn't want to do it...if I wasn't disabled I would of done it myself... so I took it to the one off of recount rd and a Lady put them on with no problem...And I want to say THANK YOU to her.🙂

  There is a salesperson at this store who has absolutely no respect for people; he is a bad person who lacks manners and respect. I bought a product for my vehicle, and they refused to exchange it for another one, even though the item I purchased didn't fit my car properly. On top of that, the salesperson insulted me with racist comments—muttered under his breath—simply because I am Hispanic. I have shopped at this store before and received excellent service from a lady with glasses (who is Puerto Rican), a man with long hair, and a young blonde woman—all very kind, good people. But this particular salesperson is a bad person who acts like he owns the store. There was another young salesperson there who was actually willing to process the exchange without any issues, but this rude guy shouldn't be working there. Seriously, do not go to this store when that rude man is there; people like that have no business working in customer service. en esta tienda esta este vendedorque no tiene no tienen ningún tipo de respeto por las personas este vendedor es una mala persona le falta educación y respeto compre un producto para mi vehículo y no me quisieron hacer el cambio por otro aun cuando el que compre no le quedo bien a mi vehículo aparte de eso el vendedor me insulto con comentarios racistas en vos baja solo por que soy hispano y ya enteriormente he realizado mis compras en esa tienda y me an atendido muy bien una señora de lentes de nacionalidad puerto rico y otro señor de cabello largo y una chica joven rubia muy buenas personas y muy amables pero este vendedor es una mala persona se cree el dueño de la tienda estaba otro vendedor joven de hecho me queria hacer el cambio sin problemas pero este grocero no debería de estar trabajando ahi de verdad no vallan a esta tienda cuando este ese grocero ese tipo de personas no deben de trabajar en atención al público
