The staff are always so friendly, make sure everything is done perfectly, and get the job done quickly. Plus, their fun and friendly vibe creates a welcoming environment!

- BRBryan RaynerAug 13, 20262.0The problem is only one thing and it us a big thing. I had my engine oil changed at this location. Drove the vehicle 6000 miles and then went to have it changed but got it changed at a fird dealership. While waiting for my oil change, the sevice department asked who changed my oil last. Told them Valvoline, why? The comment was they filled your car up with transmission fluid. The fluid has a red tint to it. Well, left my car for 2 days so the could clean out my complete engine to remove all the transmission fluid. Remove the oil pan. Never thought my last oil change would end up costing me $1200. They had to drive it about 100 miles then change the oil and clean the oil pan again. Have to add another comment. If you notice all thec5cstarcreviews they send back replies saying thank you. Generic generated response. Any rating lesscthen 5 stars does not have any response. My thoughts are they can careless. I should have been a jerk about it and took my bill from Ford to them and ket them flip the bill. Like that will happen.
