  Came here today after my wheel alignment was kinda messed up at a different Mavis waited another hour because the other location messed it up but the hour here was worth the wait they got me in explain the 90 day warranty on the wheel alignment and they got that crook out my steering wheel thank God the guy I talked to at the front desk was very nice and took the time to explain everything I will be coming back to this location I love when I pay for a service it's done correctly thank you guys for helping me will be back for all my needs at this location have a great day staff

  They gave me my refund back do a good job my brake pads I'm told it would cost me over $1,000 to repair the the mess even if they have gave my refund back $600 it would cost me $1,000 to repair the damage that they did to my brakes. Grovetown Georgia, an Aiken South Carolina., the manager wanted me to go to to get my pads prepared and they reimburse me. They knew I didn't have the money to have my car looked at so I told him to get my refund back they gave my money back but they don't start the problem it will cost me over $1,000 to repair the damage that they did to my vehicle it's a shame The one in grovetown and the one in Aiken South Carolina. I complain to them more than one time about my brakes. I put my trust in the mechanics and it tore my car up. Now my brakes are squeaking something come a loose. I don't know why they did this to my car I trust the mechanics and he lied to me yes it gave me $600 . But it going to cost me over $1,000 to repair my 2020 Mitsubishi

  Had a metal shard in my tire at a job site, and my car rental company couldn’t supply me with a new car, so they called this location to replace it. They all were extremely friendly, and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Chris was the person who helped me. Big shout out to their whole team!

  My name is Candace I came in with a slow leak on my front passenger tires losing air slowly. I thought a patch would save it but as we know with patches it’s sometimes roulette on how long you last on it depending on how much a person drives and it’s my main transportation and I drive a lot. Alex and his team at the North Augusta location in the Belk shopping area were able to get me in for my appointment no wait and replace my tire. Great service!

  Alex is amazing. He helped me out when I was in a bind needing to head out of town. The other mavis didnt know what they were doing. Recommended me to this one. Alex was the first person I met. Him and his whole team had me in and out no issues. They made me and my kids a priority. Checked on everyone consistently and broke everything down in detail. Could not ask for better customer service. Definitely come to this location.
