Had a trailer tire I needed swapped out. They got me In and out quick on a Sunday when NO ONE else was open. Then they refused payment, definitely my new go to.

Mavis Tires & Brakes (NA Martintown Rd) has Sunday hours which is nice because not all tire emergencies happen M-F. Staff were extremely helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. I was just thankful they could work me in. They kept me informed about a service issue on my vehicle and handled it promptly as well. Highly recommend this North Augusta business.

I got a nail in my tire taking my daughter to north augusta and I was 20 miles from home and knew I couldn’t drive car home. Came to Mavis and they were so great! They worked me in patched my tire and sent me home all within about an hour. They were so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend them! Thanks again for taking care of me and getting me on my way quick!

Anything not to work on a Sunday. Few months back, took my trailer to get some new tires. Lady inside said sorry we don’t do trailer tires(read Mavis website, it doesn’t say that). Ok I guess they don’t want my business. Today, headed in for a tire rotation. After she looked out the window at my 2500 ram, mind you it’s Sunday and 97°, same lady inside told me at 11 to come back at 1pm because they were swamped as all 3 techs were standing inside with us and nothing going on in the garages. Ok I’ll come back. Now 1pm I’m back and she said “oh that’s a diesel ram?” “We are not suppose to do Diesels”. I only need a tire rotation! Well maybe we could do one…as two techs were sitting inside again. I hand her my keys, she goes out to my truck to bring it in….nope. She came back in and said “we can’t rotate bald tires”. They are original tires from my new 2025 ram. They have 5/32 tread on them according to the competition around the corner. Just trying to squeeze as much life out of them as possible….which is the entire point of a tire rotation. I will never come back to this company and I hope to detour as many people as possible from getting treated like I just did. Also, look at my other reviews, I almost never post a negative review. This company deserved it.
