  I really wish I had known that it was $134 before I spent that much money when I’m moving I would’ve just got the $59 Im so pisseed unbelievable i’m sitting in my truck getting my oil changed. No one told me the price difference. I guess I should’ve asked but really y’all should notify people that is that much of a difference. Good Lord I guess I’m not eating for two or three days. Thanks Jiffy Lube. Appreciate you sincerely

  I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for a while and have always received great service. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing. Upon greeting me, Katelyn immediately questioned whether I had been using the wrong oil in my vehicle. I explained that this was my first time bringing this particular vehicle to Jiffy Lube because I had recently purchased it. She then insisted that someone had already brought the vehicle there. I explained that I transferred my tags from my previous vehicle, and once she realized that was the reason for the confusion, her tone still did not improve. She continued speaking to me in a very loud and hostile manner regarding the oil. When I told her I did not appreciate the way she was speaking to me, she responded that she was talking loudly to “make sure I heard her,” even though we were standing less than a foot apart. My dad was also on the phone during the interaction, and she spoke to him in the same manner. He owns a car lot and does plenty of business with Jiffy Lube, and even he stated that if he were approached that way, he would take his business elsewhere. Thankfully, Brian stepped in, corrected the issue, and made the checkout experience much better. I truly appreciate his professionalism because, had Brian not turned the situation around, I absolutely would not return to this location based solely on how I was treated by Katelyn. I’ve had positive experiences here in the past, which is why today’s interaction was so disappointing. Customer service and the way customers are spoken to matter just as much as the service being performed on the vehicle.

  The Staff at Jiffy Lube were very welcoming and friendly. Ask clear questions and explained in understandable details. They were efficient. Asked if I had any questions. In and out quickly. Great experience!!

  First time customer here and I’m delighted to report that this location is great! Greeted by a friendly, professional employee, I was asked if I wanted to stay or exit my vehicle. Since I was still in my PJ’s, I opted to stay inside my vehicle. I thought it was nice to have that option. Then, came the professionalism. All my lights, bells and whistles were checked. Information taken down, tires, fluids…They were like worker bees. Relentlessly focused, they put my Jeep back together! The young lady went over my oil choices and costs so they’d be no surprises come check out! While waiting, I engaged in some friendly banter with another employee about resetting my oil gauge which I found very helpful! All in all, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Epic experience right in my neighborhood and I will definitely be returning! Thank you Jiffy Lube for making the start of this old guys day special!
