Technician created a new problem with the brakes causing a whooshing noise when brakes were applied. Tried to have original technician find new problem. 3 technicians could not find issue, all three stated they had “never heard a car make that noise before”. Taking my car to a real mechanic to find issue caused by jiffy lube.
- DWDestine WinklerApr 24, 20262.0Friendly ppl but something happen with my Lightroom over 30 min to do when I asked what was wrong they laughed n said it just took a hard time to get it in. Which doesn’t seem like the case sense the manager had to call his boss about it and more than 3 ppl gathered around looking at it and one girl stated he has so much faith in us. Makes me feel like there was a bit of dishonesty and lack of communication with what was going on with my vehicle!
