  MAVIS in newberry is the best thing we have gotten so far as car repair places ! They are super friendly RESPECTFUL handle ya car with care like its there own ! 10 stars if I could I love love em way to go !!

  Following a family member to the emergency room and discovered a screw in our tire. Angel and her team got us patched up and back on the road in under 30 minutes. Quick, professional, and genuinely kind given the circumstances. Highly recommend.

  Customer service here was extremely poor and felt unprofessional from the start. When I arrived, several employees were standing in front of the business smoking, which didn’t create a good first impression. I was initially quoted $130 for an oil change—even after a $20 “discount.” I declined and called Walmart Auto Care Center while sitting in my car. During that call, a staff member knocked on my window and suddenly offered to lower the price to $100, which only made the pricing feel inconsistent and questionable. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism and transparency. This was easily the worst visit I’ve had at a Mavis location, and I won’t be returning. For comparison, Walmart Auto Care Center completed the same service for $79.

  I am driving across country very soon and this was the right place to visit! I came in for a general inspection and Herb was very thorough. They found my brake pads were nearly worn out and got everything fixed up in no time! 10/10 would recommend paying them a visit for all of your tire and brake needs.
