  I stopped here to get air in my tires after leaving the airport. I don’t live in Charleston and had a two-hour drive home. All four of my tires were low and showing red on the tire pressure monitor. Before coming here, I stopped at a gas station, but the air pump wasn’t working and actually let even more air out of my tires. When I pulled into the first bay, a Caucasian male employee was standing there. We made eye contact, so I rolled down my window expecting he would assist me. Instead, he ignored me and stepped back so he was no longer in my line of sight. After waiting a few minutes, my mom got out and asked him which bay we needed to pull into for air. He simply told her to go to the very last bay and offered no further assistance. I pulled into the last bay and waited 10–15 minutes, but no one came to help or acknowledged us. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely unprofessional, especially considering I explained that I had a long drive ahead and needed air in my tires for safety. I chose this shop because of its positive reviews, which praised both the service and customer care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I can’t say why we were treated the way we were, but the interaction left me questioning whether race played a role because I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment at a tire shop before. I eventually left and went to Firestone, where they assisted me in less than 10 minutes without any issues. I hope this review encourages the business to improve its customer service and communication so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

  I went to Tire choice in Goose Creek and got some work done to my car. I had no service lights on my car on. But when I left there I had the ABS lights on and another. I took it back and the sales person told me that I needed to buy a wheel speed sensor. But my light was never on prior to this. So I went to tire choice in North Charleston on rivers Ave. They took my tire off and called me to the back., apparently when I got my wheel bearing fix at the Goose Creek had one upside down and broke off the connector to the sensor without saying anything. I will never go back to them. But the one in North Charleston was awesome they took the time and got everything fix the right way. I really appreciate Tom and B for all they done for me.

  Got 1 new tire and alignment for over $400; which is all good and well. But when I got my car back it smelled like someone had smoked in my car. I tried to brush it off, but it stunk horribly, then I look down at the driver side floor mat, and they had left the damn cigarette butt IN MY CAR! That is so disrespectful! My car still smells like smoke and it’s been 2 days. Will never go back there again!

  I am so livid at this point. I am grateful for the manager Melissa, but at this point I am so disappointed in this place. I have been a client here for almost 2 years and I have met plenty good people. I EVEN OPEN A CREDIT CARD ACCT. They did oil changes on my suv and never recorded none of the customer satisfaction oil changes which my car dealership made it seems as if I neglected my car. My carfax is messed up and it's always a large overturn at this PLACE. I now can't drive my vehicle bc of not only of the recalls, but bc I tirechoice do not have the paperwork that should be in tge system. They sid that they will not provide. This is not my fault. Corporate has yet to get back to me and the New district manager 🙌🏾 his heart can not give me the missing paperwork. Now I am out of vehicle and no one is helping. I see that this has been issues in the past. I loved this place and I won't be returning. I now need to figure out the next steps bc the store manager who was always in training didn't have a clue either. At least thats the excuse i use to get when i asked about him. ..I NEED HELP PLEASE!!
