  These guys are GREAT! The difference is ALWAYS the people, and THESE people actually give a $h*t👍 Shoutout to their main tech, TOBIAS. Every single time I come here this guy (Tobias) is ALWAYS ready to help me out, ready to solve problems, ready for WHATEVER - and he does it with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Every time. Rain or shine. Honestly, I thought maybe he owned the place🤷‍♂️ He doesn’t, lol. But he acts like he does, in ALL the best ways. Sometimes I breeze by some of their other locations and wait until I get to this one JUST bc of their MAINTENANCE GUY. nuff said💪 Tobias, whatever they’re paying you it isn’t enough.

  Friendly employees however the way the squeegee spins knocked my mirrors backwards, when wash was done get out and still got minor spots and a new scratch on my driver door.

  When needing a car wash and the cleaning resources that come with it for your vehicle, Zips Car Wash is the best option! The staff/customer service here are very welcoming. The manager Tyler was an awesome individual who effortlessly helped my son and I with our needs. Tyler encouraged us to download their Zips App, which led us to getting their premium wash which had all of the above and beyond features required to cleaning our car. The ending results from the wash were absolutely immaculate. When we went to the vacuuming station to further clean the interior part of our car, Tyler went out of his way to power wash our floor mats, and were brought back spotlessly clean! The manager Tyler was so professional within his workspace and was so amazing to my son and I. I highly recommend the Zips Car Wash here in Myrtle Beach!!

  I have never had such an amazing experience like I had with Don. He is the hardest worker and the kindest man there! Smiling the whole time even in unbearable heat. My wife took our Toyota Rav4 there and she says she wishes she could give him 100 stars

  Good car wash. I very rarely run my car through automatic car washes because no machine can clean The Stinger like I can. I was on vacation and not in the mood. So I popped into Zips. The wash was good, I was not happy about the tire shine or lack there of. Which I paid to get. Tyler asked me about the wash and I told him about the tire shine. He offered to bring me a bottle of tire shine and a brush. That's good service! He apologized about the machine, said something about air being in line possibly, but more importantly he offered a solution to the problem. I'm a manager for a grocery store, so I can appreciate an associate taking care of the customer. Thank you Tyler!
