  I got my car washed here the other day and a very nice young girl helped me out,her name was Aiyana,I know that because I got it wrong 2x 🤦🏼‍♂️...but she was great,helped me pick out what car washed I wanted and was knowledgeable in all the services zips had to offer,overall my experience at zoos has been great,it's a good car wash and had nice employees from the 1 or 2 I met,the price was good to,and it cleaned my car so I'm happy 🤷‍♂️

  Great customer service ! It was my first time getting a car wash at Zips and Aiyana seemed really knowledgeable when she walked me thru my options. I will definitely be back.

  Just wanted to share how pleased I was with my trip to yalls location today. it's not my first time being there, but I haven't been in a while, so it was nice to have a good experience. I have been overwhelmed with life and having a clean car was a good idea lol. It really helped with how friendly the staff was. Ayanna (I dont know how to spell her name, so sorry) was so refreshing. it was so nice to have someone so kind and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

  I would not recommend this car wash Took my jeep through twice and it didn’t remove bugs and both times the soap residue was still on the mirrors. We got $25 pro wash. Very disappointed

  Recently moved to the beach and for the first time am looking into a wash membership to help mitigate salt and sand damage to a newer vehicle. I went by this location to give it a try, and yikes. If you are going to employ sales people and force customers to interact with them, they need to either be on site when they need to be or at least not be rude to the customers when they aren’t? You can’t really pick both, unless you want people to not come back. I pulled up to the screen and just as I was about to put my card into the reader a middle aged white man (if that helps identify, I didn’t care to ask for a name) came running around the booth and slapped the cancel button and says “Sorry buddy, this thing has been timing out on me all day - I got you, I got you” I, a little shocked, respond “oh… okay” And he goes, “well like I said I GOT it, what wash did you want?” … It seemed like I had it just fine myself until you hit cancel and pushed my hand away. Has the machine been “timing out” or have you been making this process longer for everyone involved? It took me about 30 seconds in all to pull up to the screen, make my selection, and begin to insert my card. It took this gentleman probably 2-3 minutes to explain all the different wash options membership options, which I had already researched online. I was there to see about the wash quality and experience. Unfortunately the experience weighed heavier than wash quality. Car wash at itself wasn’t bad, I might have actually got a membership. After this interaction, I will not be back.
