  They were extremely busy on the day I went, and everyone was very friendly, and knowledgeable. They did not push anything that was not needed, and were very quick and explained everything that was being done and how long it would take. I've recommended them several times and will continue to do so.

  I was in and out with everything I needed done in a very timely manner. All of them were very friendly and helpful. Terrell the service manager came by to check on things, make sure everything was going well. It was my first time there, and I will definitely return. The prices on everything were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

  Let me tell you about what happened to me. It appears that Valvoline only works for you when everything goes right with them. But when you have a problem they turn their back on you and pretend you don’t exist. I used them 3 times and all went well. Then came the fourth time. They changed my oil and I drove my car to do a few errands, came home and parked my car in the garage. The next morning I backed out of my garage and saw oil on my floor. I took pictures and took them to Valvoline. They checked the car and told me everything was fine. I took my car to my mechanic. He dropped my skid plate and all the oil came running out. He cleaned up everything, refilled the car, started it and oil started coming out from the oil filter. He videotaped everything. I took the video to Valvoline and they told me it wasn’t their fault. I have them my contact info and told them I wanted my money back and wanted to talk to a manager. That was the last I heard from them. I guess Valvoline doesn’t have a satisfaction guarantee, or anyone that cares.

  Terrell is 10/10 customer service and knows his stuff. From the moment you drive in and the moment you drive out he is straight forward and transparent and makes the process seemless. Each time we come Terell takes care of us and goes above and beyond. Give this gentleman a raise. Antonio is a great team member, the whole staff at this location is amazing. I have visited other Valvoline locations and this one is our preferred. They take care of all of our family cars and take care of my work truck for my business. If you’re a business owner I highly recommend this Valvoline location at 2285 Farrow Parkway, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29577! Don’t forget to come on days they have specials such as 50% off on select services and utilize their coupons online.
