  I had an excellent experience with Safelite! The technician Corey was absolutely outstanding. He replaced my windshield incredibly quickly, even though it was about 95° outside with a heat index that felt like 103°. Despite the brutal conditions, he stayed professional, friendly, and genuinely personable the entire time. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job with the installation. It’s not easy working in that kind of heat, but you would never have known it from his positive attitude and attention to detail. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. If all service technicians were this courteous and professional, every service experience would be this enjoyable. Thank you for the fantastic service!

  The whole process was very simple. The Safelite technician was very informative came on time and did a great job. I didn’t feel pressured to get windshield wipers that I didn’t feel that I needed. He was very helpful and kind.

  Pending full review and photos because I would like SafeLite to make it right. For now I am highly unsatisfied paying for the premium service that made the vehicle even more unsafe and taking two days of my time away from me.

  They came out and replaced the windshield on my Mustang in about 45 minutes. They were extremely overbooked and arrived at the end of the allotted window but they sent 3 technicians to get the job done in record time and all 3 guys were awesome, friendly, and well-skilled. My Mustang looks like new again and I couldn't be any happier.
