  The man at The guy at front was very helpful patient and understanding. He assisted me with what size I may need for my grandmother wheelchair. Everything went smoothly. The young lady was outside was very patient in helping me find my vehicle outside. I am grateful for wonderful experience I had. Thank you

  Quick, convenient, great vehicles. Check-in and check-out along with friendly personnel make for a stress free experience. After a long day of travel it’s to know car rental is hassle free.

  Great service with easy pick up and drop off. I rented a compact suv (Chevy Trailblazer) and it had all the latest features including chevy hotspot for mobile devices. It made my vacation that much more enjoyable.

  Service engine light was on when we first started the vehicle and stayed on the entire time we had the vehicle!!!! Vehicle was filthy when we got in! Candy and food under all seats! Do better cleaning on these vehicles! We paid full price for our rental and were provided a junk vehicle that obviously needed serviced and cleaned! Same thing every time we rent with National!

  In February of 2026, I booked a car for pickup at Lihue, HI in June. In early June, after experiencing an issue attempting to rent another vehicle, I decided to follow up and make sure there would be a car in HI. When I called, I was told there would be no car available and that they would rebook me with a partner. During that phone call the initial reservation was cancelled and a new one made. I had to pay a deposit and would have to pay the balance at the counter. When I arrived in HI, I was told that there had been no deposit on my rental. After two calls to the customer service line and twice being told it was being escalated and getting no response, I called again today and was told it was impossible for this to happen. The agent would not give me his name and actually hung up on my husband. Will never use this company again.
