  I like renting from National Car rental. I have the National app and I can just go there and rent a car with ease. Wherever I travel I always choose National. The cars are always clean and come with a full tank of gas. Will definitely rent again as I have for years.

  WORST car rental place ever! The customer service is terrible! My flight kept getting delayed and eventually canceled so I called National to make a car rental reservation for me to make the drive instead. I finished making the reservation on the phone with the CSR before I walked into National to make the process faster. As I got the the counter, the male representative (I wish I got his name) said he can’t accept the same day reservation. I informed him how I literally just made it and he said the call center doesn’t know how they work onsite. He has no sympathy, cold, rude and didn’t bother to try to help. Just brushed me off. Needless to say, my trip was canceled and I will NEVER rent from this place again. I’ve attached my RESERVATION for proof!

  After a some poor experiences with other companies, I am 100% on the National bandwagon now. Clean cars and efficient service!

  I arrived extremely late due to weather delays with my flight, literally only 3 minutes before your stated closing time at MYR airport. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and understanding, staying late for me to get a nice car. After helping me I went to the vehicle and realized that the gas was only 1/2 full, he still was there ready to help me switch to another vehicle, a nicer one than the previous!! I was so impressed by his customer service that I wished I had gotten his name. He’s the best and I hope he is rewarded for his efforts.
