  I visited the Mavis tire store on Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Drew K the store manager helped me. It was five minutes before closing time and Drew was still willing to plug a tire for me. Drew was very professional very kind made me feel very comfortable and welcome even though I came in so late. I would recommend Drew and this store to anybody.

  Ken Eddie was fantastic. What a great representative for Mavis. Warm greeting, super polite & told us he would take care of everything. We ended up with a bolt in our tire. In & out in less than an hour. Wish we had Mavis in Indiana

  Had a great experience. Eddie and the staff were friendly, professional, and got my two tires replaced quickly and efficiently. They explained everything clearly, provided excellent customer service, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend Eddie and the team for anyone needing tires service!

  absolutely the best and nicest people and the service was amazing extremely professional and 100% recommend this place they took care of me and they were very understanding and they made sure that I was good to go 100%. if I need anything with my tires will come back to this place big thanks to you KAN

  Went to the 501/Seaboard location to get a new tire put on, an alignment and got all 4 of the tire sensors replaced. Was told that the back right tire needed a new arm and that the tire was not able to be centered 100% - was also told that this is how the tire was when we dropped the car off which was a complete lie. When I picked up the car all 4 tires registered 0 fpr the tps - after 30 more minutes they finally got the tires to read the pressure. When pulling out I then realized the alignment was done horribly; I had to turn the wheel obnoxiously far to the left just for the car to drive straight. The store manager Sam does not know how to speak with customers and we won't be back because of his attitude and lack of professionalism. Now we have to take the car to the dealership to fix an issue that wasn't a problem when we dropped the vehicle off. Stay away from this location and learn from other reviews before learning the hard way yourself.
