  I stopped in without an appointment and Sarah was able to get me in and take care of my left rear puncture situation and she gave me a full rundown of what I needed to have taken care of with my suspension system. So I'll be coming back to see Sarah.

  I am highly disappointed in a company that holds itself. To great quality helpful service I went there is nothing wrong with my car. They gave me my car back as I went through my car an item was missing. It's pretty sad when you work somewhere and you have to take something of somebody's that is not yours. I will say I will never ever go back there ever again. And I would suggest to anybody else not to go your stuff might not be there when you get your car back. 😡😡😡😡

  I showed up as they were closing their door. My wife’s car had a tire leaking and it would have been flat if not repaired. I actually saw the hour open times posted on the glass door and noticed they closed at 6 and I looked at my watch and it was 3 minutes before 6. In disgust I made a comment to myself and started to turn around and go back to my car when a man inside saw me and came outside. He asked me what I needed and I explained. He said no problem and directed one of the mechanics to my vehicle to fix the issue. I apologized to the man for causing them to stay late but he reassured me it was okay. My tire was fixed within 15 minutes and I was on my way home. The patience and professionalism that was displayed by all was truly impressive and well received. These folks went above and beyond and I truly appreciated it! It’s not every day that you get to experience customer service of this caliber. They are a true example of professionalism to the product they represent!

  As soon as I walked into this establishment I was welcomed with smiles and greetings. Sarah was extremely welcoming and helpful with my flat tire. She explained the entire situation and the solution for the flat. She was super nice about the entire thing. Definitely recommend going to this mavis if you are in need of any roadside help.

  Sarah was so kind. I came in a little concerned because I had a long journey home ( after packing up my daughter from CCU) and my car had a flat. She explained the difference between plugs and patches and honestly put me at ease. She reassured me the drive home would be uneventful. I am so glad I came to this Mavis tire center!
