  Every time I’ve had an emergency, the guys at Mavis have come through for me. They’ll take my car into the shop, diagnose and fix the problem. I think they’re wonderful and highly recommend them.

  I went in to Mavis on 544 for a tire rotation and was greeted by the manager Paul. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and efficient. They will continue to be my go to for my car repairs. I highly recommend them!

  I have to give Midas a little credit where credit is due 😂 They replaced my sensor for $100 flat, gave me the lug nut cap I was missing, and let me use my $35 off coupon toward the alignment. 🙌🏽 They also honored the free tire rotation. Now, the $100 sensor wasn’t exactly a bargain 😂 — that was simply what I paid. But I definitely appreciated them working with me on the alignment and taking care of the little things. I went in with my usual “Okay, let’s see what we’re working with” attitude 😂 and left thinking, “Alright Midas… I’ll give you that one.” Fair service, a few nice touches, and they worked with me where they could. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a customer feel taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Came here for the buy an oil change get a free order of buffalo wings special and the wings were BURNT TO A CRISP. Almost no flavor and they literally DROWNED the wings in sauce. Like im talking a criminal amount of sauce, enough to make people who are actually from Buffalo, NY scoot back in their chairs a bit. Oil change was done fast but honestly skip the wings, just go right up the road on hwy 544 to the Auto-Zone for some of the best shrimp fried rice in town.

  To be honest I'm just going to lay it on the table. Went for quote on August 1st then returned later that evening to pay I'll explain more on that later and was quoted 427.00 and I said at least 3 times, the trailer tires need taken off by Mavis and put the new tires on and no rotation and balance warranty since I store my camper. I'll bring in 2 tires at a time. This is when I returned later that evening got the same guy giving my credit card and another guy says have to charge 10.00 each tire for the dismount of the tire and I said that is not the quote I got earlier and I repeated to the salesman I asked about taking off and putting on to you at least 3 times. I kept mentioning again, that is not the quote I got and you should honor that. All in all I ended up paying 468.00 something. So, several things if I was manager, I would have taken the 10.00 each off bill and take that out of the salesmans paycheck. But now for the kicker, I brought my 2 tires in on the 3rd just like I said and then I find out my tires have already been sold so I had to wait 20 more minutes or so longer for the same salesman to get tires from another store. Most people would have cussed out someone but being the Christian I am, I just wanted my tires. The service I got from 2 guys taking off tires and putting them on were very nice and placed the tires in my car for me. Take it for what it is worth, but I'd like to have a refund.
