  Leaving vacation had a tire going flat. Stopped in to have them take a look. Quickly served us and got car on lift. Turns out it was a leaky valve and they repaired it. Had the car back to me within no time and had us on our way. Best part is they did it for free! Nice folks too. Thanks for taking care of us!

  Paul and his team (at the 1440 S Commons Dr location) were amazing! Being new to the area, I was nervous bringing my car into a new shop. They did a thorough brake check and then helped me prioritize the work that needed to be done! They even mentioned a coupon that I qualified for that I didn’t know about! I’ll definitely be back 👍

  The staff was great! They were professional and friendly! I went in for tires I saw on their website and they had them in stock! I also knew I needed a wheel alignment and they gave me a great price on the tires and the wheel alignment! Also they told me 2 hours and they finished 1/2 hour early. I highly recommend them to anyone!

  The team did a great job with my tire rotation, and the service overall was professional, efficient, and courteous. I especially appreciated Joshua, the technician, taking the time to point out that there was a small nail in two of my tires. That level of attention and communication was very helpful. Before leaving, I did notice a small red marking on my driver’s door that appeared to have come from the red hoist or equipment used during the visit. It was a little disappointing to see, although fortunately I was able to buff most of it out myself. Overall, I still appreciated the quality of the work and the customer service provided. I would just encourage the technicians to continue being mindful when working around customers’ vehicles, especially for those who take great pride in maintaining them.

  I can’t say enough good things about this tire shop and the amazing people who work there—especially Jeff and Jessica. As a woman, I don’t always feel comfortable walking into tire or repair places, but they completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I had a pretty unusual situation—needing to replace four flat tires on a camper and bringing them in one at a time—and they handled it without hesitation. They were patient, flexible, and went out of their way to work with me, even on a very busy Sunday. The level of customer service I received was outstanding. Jeff and Jessica made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, kindness, and efficiency so well. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, friendly, and top-notch service. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer! - Wendy
