  I walked into Mavis here with no appointment and unknown what was wrong with a tire on my rental vehicle. They were very busy. I explained my tire would not hold air. He said I would have to make an appointment. I explained I am on vacation and the tire would possibly go flat at the resort if I had to wait. He told me if I could wait a half hour he would get it looked at. My vehicle was fixed within 35 minutes. I highly recommend this Mavis. The customer service was amazing. Thanks for helping me so quickly and professionally!

  Excellent Experience Paul and Jessica were great from time we came through the door. The professionalism instilled confidence. Mark was outstanding- he did excellent work in oppressive heat. Kept a smile and answered our questions. We are glad we chose them. We will definitely be using them again and again. Thank you!

  After several issues arose after they did my brakes and a fuel injection...I'm gonna have to re-review. They are passing me off to a shop they all go to for further repairs. They also said my coolant was empty, which it is not. Unfortunately I will not return for any service here. I'll be going to MY independent mechanic to verify all they did wrong. You never know who knows about cars so watch who you lie to guys.

  We were in vacation and had a tire go flat in a parking lot. I changed the tire and went to Mavis on S Commons Drive. They stated that they were kinda booked up and I asked if they could take a few minutes to check my tire which was purchased about 2 months ago from another Mavis store and that we were on vacation. Paul and another employee brought the tire in and found the valve stem leaking. They fixed the tire, put it back on and put the spare back under the car for me. I really appreciated the quick service to get us back on the road.

  We brought a work van about 8 months ago for an alignment and two tires to be replaced, we had to bring the vehicle back in for a re-alignment due to the steering wheel shaking violently and the entire cab shaking in addition. After taking it In, staff was adamant they never did the alignment, we have the invoice and showed it to them. Then all of a sudden they say they found the invoice but now all of a sudden the service was out of warranty(go figure) we just said okay and paid for new tires and an alignment. After receiving the vehicle the alignment was not done properly, we returned the vehicle and were met with attitude and anger from the staff only for the technician to once again improperly align the vehicle. We did not demand or disrespect staff in any manner at any point, but we are beyond upset at the fact that our alignment is once again done incorrectly. The point here is, they performed an improper service initially that did not last even a year, Jessica at the front desk then they pretended to not have any records of any service being done on the vehicle, when we informed them we still had the printed invoice, all of a sudden they were able to find us in the system and we were out of warranty. Fine, but we did not need anger or attitude from Paul the store manager, Jessica the cashier, and the technician when you have to go back and fix your mistakes 3 times in two days. Do it right the first time and maybe then you won’t have to do it again.
