Came in for a simple tire patch on the front driver tire, I look in the back and 3 of my tires are off, it’s been 2+ hours and I’m still sitting here, genuinely ridiculous, avoid this Mavis, black tire on 3rd ave is one recommendation, they have an amazing staff and don’t take 2 hours to take 3 tires off and not fix anything. PS. They didn’t even patch the tire, so there is basically no explanation to why I’ve been sitting here 2+ hours.

Got two tires put on, had my car given back to me with my seat and console covered in sweat so bad it soaked through my shirt, and made me throw up in my mouth.
Was planning a road trip and now I have to spend the day shampooing and cleaning my seat and center console. Gross nasty workers that can't even put on a seat cover.
You already took a days labor from me in cost, and now you waste my time and more money. Be better

I bought two Michelin Defender2 tires here on a Monday afternoon. The price was the best of the three quotes I got, they had the tires in stock when nobody else did, and every employee I talked to was kind. I want to say that first, because the people were not the problem.
The problem was the wait. I had a 4:00 appointment. When I booked it about 11:30 AM, I was told appointments were available at the top of every hour for the rest of the day. When I arrived and asked how long it would take, the estimate I got was 90 minutes. It took three and a half hours for two tires.
While I waited I talked to other customers. One had been there several times before and said he once waited six hours for a tire patch. Another had come in before me for an oil change and tire rotation, and he was there three or more hours himself.
If a store cannot handle appointments at the top of every hour, they should not be booked that way. Someone from this location called me before noon to confirm my 4:00, so the store knew about it more than four hours ahead. I would rather be told the truth up front and plan my day around it than sit for three and a half hours after being quoted 90 minutes.
Good tires at a good price, from people who were kind to me. My advice is to go on a day when your afternoon is free. Bring a snack and plan for the long version, and you will probably drive away happy.
