Mike went above and beyond all 3 times we were there today. He definitely has the personality for the public and wants to take care of the customer. I was not thrilled with anyone else including the store manger because they were not friendly and look like they hate their job. The 5 star is for Mike only even though he tried to defend the manager for his RBF.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience today. Chris went above and beyond to help me, and his kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation so much easier. He took the time to listen, explain everything, and treat me with genuine care and respect.
