When I arrived it was near closing time and my tire was not accepting air at the free pump. I asked the gentleman inside would he help me and without any reservation or attitude he told me to pull up to a bay and he would check my tire. Josh was friendly and professional. He also replaced a missing cap. Thank you Josh for everything you did and you guys have a new customer. Btw, he didn't charge me!

While traveling home from Myrtle Beach my tire had a slow leak due to a screw being stuck in the tread. Because I was an out of state traveler and had over a 4 hour drive back home I couldnt risk driving on a compromised tire so I pulled into Mavis who charged me $51 to plug my tire! I believe they took advantage of my emergency situation and inflated the price to make a large profit. That same "plug/repair " in my hometown would've cost me around $9.

every single emergency I've ever had has happened on a Sunday and Mavis has always been there for me. the reception person made the whole ordeal less stressful and made me feel confident that I will be on the road within a short amount of time. the crew that worked on my car did an amazing job quickly and proficiently. this is my favorite repair shop because they always come through in a timely fashion and I feel confident that I'm riding safely because of the staff here at this particular location.

I wasted 2 hours of my vacation time.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced.
We called 11:47 am to make an appointment, scheduled appointment for 1 pm for 1 new tire, mounted and balanced.
We got there at 12:55 , I waited until 2:06 pm and asked what the progress was it’s been a long time for 1 tire mounted.
I was told the tire isn’t here yet, they have to find it and have it drove here. probably another 10- 15 minutes…
it is now 2:10 pm at this point.
1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting for 1 tire.
2:30 pm, still sitting waiting for this tire.
2:33 pm I seen a truck come with my tire… (guessing/hoping)1 hour and 33 minutes after my appointment…
2:40 pm I was told the tire is here and putting it on now.
2:52 pm finally checked out and got my car back.

Was offered future credit off next bill (there is none near me)
Josh would not give credit off bill because my tire was already discounted when I purchased it.
I wasted over 2 hours of my time because poor communication and poor customer service.
