A young man named Tucker was extremely helpful and very polite. More businesses should hire people like Tucker! Service was excellent and vehicle took us there and back and did a great job.

Matt was very nice and helpful setting up my rental for a 15' parcel truck. He called immediately after I set up my reservation to iron out a hiccup and called to confirm everything the day before pickup, as well. Tucker handled the pickup and dropoff like a professional, tackling every bump and hiccup I threw at him with competence, kindness and compassion. The truck was fairly new and handled the work and the drive perfectly without any issues whatsoever. The rental costs were very reasonable compared to every other truck/moving rental company I've looked at. I have zero complaints and I cannot recommend Enterprise enough, either for cars or trucks. Long time customer and I will absolutely be back anytime I need a car or truck. Highly recommend!

The representative was most accommodating. Provided all I needed to use the truck. I needed the truck to tow my camper. The truck receiver hitch was a 3”. I needed the reducer for my 2” ball mount. They provided that reducer and the pin to fasten in place.

Great service very smooth will definitely be using them again in the future! Ashley was awesome from the start and even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I had no problems and was satisfied! That’s top notch customer service that enterprise should be proud of!

Renting a truck to pull a trailer was very easy. The trucks they have are new and clean. The staff are very professional. I have used enterprise in the past and will again. They are also veteran friendly.
