  Excellent service. Staff person very customer friendly and helpful. Staff person explained all documents and costs. He also checked with me during rental to make sure we had no problems with vehicle and advised me how to return vehicle after use. Vehicle rented was in excellent condition. I have used other rental agencies and have not received such excellent service. I will be a permanent Enterprise customer.

  Nick K was an absolute star. Went out of his way to address a small problem I had with the car. Very personable, and professional; felt like I was talking to a friend. Got exactly the car I wanted. Highly recomend him and enterprise.

  I had to modify my lease to be able to get home. The rental place in Myrtle Beach was so helpful and professional. I will definitely go to this location for future rentals.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Madison Strichek at Enterprise! Madison was personally assigned to help get me taken care of and on my way in a timely manner, and she absolutely delivered. Her professionalism, efficiency, attitude, and genuine willingness to help were exceptional. She took ownership of the process and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Honestly, if I didn’t know better, I would have assumed Madison was the manager. She demonstrated the kind of leadership, initiative, customer service, and professionalism you would expect from someone in management — and then some. Madison is a tremendous asset to Enterprise. Employees who consistently provide this level of service should be recognized and rewarded. In my opinion, a significant raise and a serious look at her future leadership potential should be in the works immediately. Enterprise, you have a star on your hands with Madison. Take care of her, employees like this are hard to find! Five stars without hesitation!

  It was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach, and our experience with Enterprise got our trip off to a great start. We returned our rental vehicle at the end of our trip, and Madison S. was incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a pickup truck, which was a wonderful surprise. From beginning to end, the entire rental process was seamless. Madison made us feel welcomed and valued, and her excellent customer service was the perfect way to end our vacation. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
