  Perfect place to rent from pickup to drop off, always greeted with a smile! Customer service is absolutely outstanding no matter how long the line, very smooth and efficient, friendly service! I’m always happy to rent with Enterprise at MYR international airport!!!!

  Enterprise Car Rental agency is one of the best car rental services I have ever used. They have great deals, reasonable prices , and a membership program where you receive points for your rentals that can add up to enough for free rentals, as well as unlimited mileage. My past experience with the service was unacceptable as the vehicle was filthy, inside and out, the breaks felt low and every thing inside the vehicle was not operable (lock buttons, windows on passenger side). I have been renting with them for years and had one or two other not so good experiences, yet Enterprise immediately rectified those disappointments with full or partial refunds. Overall Enterprise is still the best rent-a-car service!

  Imagine getting off the plane at 7pm, having a rental agreement, and being told you have no car. The girl at the desk offers zero assistance. You call customer service and they say “stay put we’ll call you back.” And you never get a call. You’re stuck overnight with two children. Then you’ve made 5 calls including a full complaint filed and each time it’s “you’ll get a call back within 72 hours.” But you never get a call back. This was my experience with the Myrtle beach airport location and cooperate. Negative stars is what I’d like to post this as.

  Wow, unbelievable!!!! Been calling this local Enterprise and NO ONE picks up the phone (literally 15 mins, so far). I have been trying to get reimbursed for an extra day they are charging me for. When I didn't even have the car for 24 hours. Maybe someone will reach out..

  I use Enterprise the majority of the time when renting a car. For my most recent experience at Myrtle Beach International Airport, check In was quick and easy. Returning the vehicle was the same. Both employees who assisted me were polite and professional. My complaint is that I encountered an extremely rude employee when I was picking up the car. I was in the car getting my things together, adjusting the seat and mirrors, turning on GPS, picking music to listen to, etc., when he parked in front of me and kept trying to get my attention. I finally rolled down the window. He asked if I was returning the car. I said no. He then yelled at me that I was not allowed to park there. How did he not consider that I was picking it up? Further, I was sitting in the car for less than 5 minutes, not an hour. Why was he watching me? Extremely unacceptable. I told him to leave me alone and mind his business, and he finally drove away.
