Once we arrived in Myrtle Beach, the van we had rented was having a slight issue and I was able to be traded into another van. The day before we were leaving to drive back to Vermont, we realized the type of van we had wasn’t going to be big enough for us. I went to the airport enterprise and they were AMAZING!!!!! From the time we entered the airport enterprise area to leaving with our NEW van, it was 20 minutes. The employees at this branch were amazing and so helpful!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

I only needed a car for one day, and he made it happen quickly, smoothly, and without making me feel like an inconvenience (which, let’s be honest, I kind of was). He was professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant, a rare combo when things aren’t going perfectly. The car was clean, the process was easy, and the customer service was top tier. Gavin turned what could have been a headache into a non-issue. Enterprise, give that man a raise. I’d rent here again in a heartbeat
