  Went here for electric trailer brake issue. Issue was in the truck and got fixed. I had replaced the electric braking system on my Montana Rv trailer. . Following procedure to get brakes activated and I failed because I ad no electric power from the truck in the first place.so after the electric issue on the truck was fixed I asked them to adjust the brakes. They did . I still had no real brakes. They went over and beyond to satisfy me gor 2 more hours but as it turns out that the Dexter electric brakes require additional time to actually start sorkinfg 200 or more miles lol they did finally get better and by the time I did 300 miles I had full brakes. The point is we did not know that procedure. Thay dis everything to make me feel that everything was right. Even taking tires and drums off it was all working properly. I recommend this facility very highly,

  Im only giving 4 stars due to the fact I did have a couple issues with getting my truck serviced. But I will say Mr Fred the service manager has been amazing and has been on top of getting everything addressed and taken care of from that point forward. Justin has been doing his best with working around my schedule to get my truck in and back to me in a timely manner so I don’t loose out on too much work. I do have some major issues going on so there’s been a few back n forth trips being made and their shuttle service has made dropping my truck off very easy. I would have given 5 stars but since I did have the issues to begin with, that have been completely resolved, I do have to stick with 4. Otherwise I’d say all around very good service and reliability for me.

  Had work done on our RV. Can’t say enough about how great the work was. On a side note, small issue not their fault. They need surveillance but Fred the manager rectified it right away. Thank you

  Had brake pads and rotors replaced on RV. They were able to get my RV in quickly. Justin and Fred were very kind, informative and accommodating. I wish I would have known they have shore power available in case an overnight was needed. That would have been way better than staying in a sketchy hotel.

  It’s taken 2+ Hours to swap out a dead battery that came with the van (only had 200miles). I was told would take about an hour.
