  We rented a vehicle on a whim while in Myrtle Beach. We were in and out within 20 minutes and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Bradley M was great and hooked us up with a nice ride! Will recommend!

  I have used Alamo for the 2nd time in under four years, & I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I am fully satisfied with the quick & respectful service that I experienced as well as returning the vehicle was easy & fast. I'll definitely be back in the future!

  I rented a car from Alamo for 4 days for about $300. The car was great, and I believe I even received a complimentary upgrade. Everything went smoothly until I extended the rental by one day and was charged an additional $472. When I returned the car, I spoke with the front desk about the charge, and Alamo refunded $380. I was satisfied and thought the issue had been resolved. However, two days later, I was charged that same $380 again. I immediately called customer service and am still waiting to hear back from the area manager. Yesterday, I received three separate refunds totaling only about $97, which means I effectively paid around $380 for a one-day extension. What started as an issue that seemed to be resolved has turned into a very frustrating experience. Unless this is corrected promptly, I will not be renting from Alamo again.
