- GHGrace HuttonJul 18, 20261.0On May 20, 2026, my rear windshield wiper was snapped off while my vehicle was at this location. I have video footage of the incident occurring and reported it immediately. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to follow up and get the matter resolved. I have been told that claims were filed with corporate multiple times, but despite over a dozen follow-ups over the past three months, I have not received any communication, updates, or resolution from anyone. What is most frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the complete lack of communication. I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but after months of unanswered inquiries, I am still left with a damaged vehicle and no clear path toward resolution. I am asking for someone to acknowledge the claim, communicate with me, and help resolve the issue. I hope this review encourages the appropriate parties to reach out and address the situation.

The rags are left moist in the heat and develop mildew and mold on them. The vacuums hardly ever work and the car wash does not get your car even remotely clean big disappointment. Do not recommend.

Once reporting my broken side mirror, I was informed there is “no insurance policy for that! Sorry” I had to call and file a report. Never again.
