First of all, I want to say thank you so much, Jonas, for being so helpful and kind. My mother and I went there to get our tires and brakes checked cause we were traveling to another state. We didn't know Mavis closes at 5 pm on Sundays. We got there at 4:45 pm. Jonas was the first to come out and greet us; he is the most polite person I have ever met. I explained to Jonas what was going on with the car. He said we close at 5pm on Sundays, but since you and your mom are traveling far, I will take a look to see what's going on. After 10 minutes, Jonas came back. He told us that we don't need new tires or brakes, but we need an alignment. Jonas told my mom and me that, since my mechanics are getting ready to leave, he can do the alignment for us. He could have told us to come back tomorrow morning. It shows that he really does care about people's safety, and on top of that, he could have said, " Yes, you need brakes and tires, especially being a female with no knowledge of cars. A lot of greedy mechanics would have said I needed all of them done. Thank you again, Jonas, for your honesty and for staying a little extra. By the way, the car drives great- no more pulling. I would definitely recommend everyone go see Jonas. I don't usually give 5 stars unless you are polite, kind, and honest.
