- TRTyrone RosserMay 5, 20265.0Stopped by the Mavis location in Murrells Inlet to have one on the tires on my car that was losing air looked at. I was greeting my Shelly soon as I walked in . Jake came and got my key, asked me what tire was losing air . I explained which one was and that I had the tire plugged . Thought maybe it was leaking. He took my car right in , came out and stated he didn’t see any bubbles coming from the plug at this time . Upon checking it again he found that the plug was indeed leaking. He went ahead and patch the tire for me , changed the valve stem , and rest the TPMS light and I was good to go . I really appreciate Jake taking the extra steps to take care of me . I definitely recommend going to this Mavis location. Jake , Shelly and the rest of the team were amazing. Kudos to them all ! Thank you for going the extra mile !

She explained what the problem was and gave recommendations!! We decided to put 4 new tires on the vehicle. Our vehicle was taken back and we chatted with Shelley while she was taking care of customers!! I highly recommend this Mavis Tire for any auto problems!! The team was professional from start to finish, and the quality of the work really shows. Jacob, my mechanic, stood out in particular. Not only did he do an excellent job, but I noticed he was also taking the time to teach some of the other technicians while working. That says a lot about his knowledge and the kind of team environment they have there. Everything was done right, and the car feels great afterward. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for solid, professional work, and I’ll be going back for future service.
