  Working with Chris and his amazing! Honestly Chris was the best sales person I’ve ever worked with! He was super helpful and supportive always helping with answering questions and being super responsive! He worked so the me for about a week and helped every step of the way. I will be coming back!

  Would be 10 stars if available. Live in Charlotte and found a truck they had that I was willing to buy. Had an experience with Ethan on the phone that made everything easy. Made a deal over the phone with my trade and they shipped the new truck to my driveway. Awesome experience!

  1st let's start from the beginning. I called inquiring about the 2011 Toyota Tundra on a Tuesday. The salesperson called me back and sent videos of the vehicle. I was very interested after seeing the videos. Another salesperson called me and stated the vehicle is being viewed by many people(understandable) and I need to come the same day. I couldnt make it because I live 3hrs away. Friday came and I called to make sure the vehicle was available before I made a trip. Made the trip, loved the vehicle and really wanted it until I saw the muffler was missing, truck wasn't clean at all, inside was dirty, brakes pushed all the way to the floor. The salesperson was courteous and explained all of that would be fixed and they would shipped the truck to me. We went to the hotel and was planning to comeback with check in hand on Saturday, but it didn't sit well with me that the truck wasn't ready to sale especially after they knew I was coming. I was more disappointed that I had a check in hand, stayed overnight(expensive due to the area) and wasted Fuel. The whole trip was for nothing but a cost to me. I promise you if that truck was ready I would have purchased it. Again the salesperson that was dealing with me was very courteous. I blame this on the dealership.

  My husband recently purchased me a used Tahoe from starling. I absolutely love this car. It had some minor issues that Joe and Toby got fixed right away. The technicians mike and cary were super fast, friendly and professional. From starting the paper, finishing the repairs everything was quick easy. I have never felt so at ease dealership.

  We were visiting South Carolina for vacation from New Hampshire. We were visiting the Mount Pleasant area when we started to have car trouble. Our 2023 Chevy Tahoe, which was under warranty, suddenly went into “limp mode” and would not go in reverse! We were checking out of our rental the next day to drive back to New Hampshire and was just looking for quick direction on what may be the issue and how we may fix it. This was an emergency! I didn’t catch the woman’s name from the service department, but she came right out and scanned our vehicle and let us know that the issue was the transmission-which gave us hope that we may be able to figure out the issue! She then proceeded to tell us that they could not look at the vehicle until the middle of July we’re still in June right now! We just needed someone to take the extra step and at least TRY to help us. That didn’t happen. She was like a robot reading from a script. No such thing as southern hospitality. You can’t tell me that there’s not a policy in place where you can take some type of emergent issue especially being in a vacation area and under warranty. If I was a resident of Mount Pleasant and I had a “scheduled service” there’s no reason that I wouldn’t be bumped for something emergent. I would expect that. As a family that owns a business, there is always room for an emergency. I’m assuming you’ll know who I’m talking about. She had braces and she was ordering lunch, a hotdog. I couldn’t wait to get back to New England. Also, we made it. A voyage that should have taken 14 hours took us 23….going 51 miles an hour in “limp mode.”
