  I just got my new Blazer EV from Starling and the whole deal process was one of the most smooth deals ever. Mr. Logan and Chad were absolutely amazing with helping me find the perfect car and Mrs. Michelle is such an amazing finance manager! She was so clear with the paperwork and went into so much detail with any extended warranties. Service is almost phenomenal as well! My OnStar button was having some issues so I took it into service with Mrs. Kelly and she was amazing throughout the whole process, she was able to communicate everything to me during it all, and on top of that they gave me a cute little Bundt cake!! Everyone here is so amazing and I definitely will be coming back here for my service! ❤️❤️❤️

  They will not look at your vehicle for days after your scheduled appointment. Don’t even think about a loaner. I’ve been here 6 times in the past year on a new vehicle I purchased not even a year ago from this location. Each time it’s in I’m without a vehicle for a MINIMUM of a week ! This is NOT normal. There is no actual point of a service appointment if it won’t be looked at until days later! I’ve taken my wife’s vw to be serviced many times at Lowcountry vw and each time it’s looked at the same day as appt or at the very latest first thing the next morning and they ALWAYS have loaners. Oh yeah and last time I was in here they told me they changed my oil and they didn’t! Good thing I checked!! They made no attempt to make me whole for having to drive back and wait for over an hour to get it done. What if I hadn’t checked? I’d probably be SOL!

  I have purchased three vehicles from Starling Chevy and the service has progressively worsened each year. As a business owner, I expect more streamlined communications. It is evident they are severely understaffed from their service side (and frankly Tahoe quality of manufacturing has significantly decreased since Covid, with many recalls). I dropped my car off on Friday with a scheduled “service appointment”… My car has been there for three business days now and nobody has even started to service it, which means the appointment is pointless. I was told over the phone that first you have to have a “service appointment” to review everything, which is what was scheduled, then they finally have a technician look at it for the “tech appointment” and they are telling me it could be five days for my car to get looked at. This is for standard mileage service included in my warranty. Nothing major. I am without a car for five days minimum and no loaner available. This place is a joke. Do not buy a car from here.

  Update.To The Owner. I was not treated like a customer. I am a Local Native of Mt Pleasant, I needed a tire patched. You denied me that because I am an exemployee!! Shame on You!! A SIMPLE APOLOGY WOULD BE NICE. Get both sides of the story. I am open to meeting you in person to iron out any indifference of attitude towards me. I was there with two different vehicles very recently.. I spoke the truth in the review. I told your sales manager I only give good reviews. Read my reviews. This was all started by your Part’s manager. N.S. said to write a review so I did. You have my cell number on record. Original Review: Bought 4 BFG ATs KO3s. Tried to come via phone call but part’s manager kept telling me probably need a new tire. Never patched me through to Service. Mike wanted me to call Kelly??? I just stopped in and one lady never introduced herself or shook my hand. What can I do for you??? I stated I had a nail in my tire. She then said so you wanna make an appointment??? I then asked how much it would be because I had to go elsewhere since one of my $1200 tires is going low. Then another lady , no introduction said $40 plus tax. As I was leaving I complained to another advisor who said no it’s $34. I went to the acting Sales Mgr who said go to Geralds. Again I spent $1200 plus tax at this dealership for tires. So when I was leaving the 1st lady made a smart aleck remark sorry we can’t help you. I asked her what if I get a flat? She said call roadside assistance. Just let the customer go with a bad tire, Did I say I spent $1200 plus tax at Starling Chevy. No Apologies. Customer Service is no more. Take your money and forget about you!!! The Part’s Mgr knew I spent a lot of money for the KO3s. At Geralds now where I will buy my next set of tires and brakes.

  Start to finish, the best truck buying experience you could ask for. Wendalyn is a Mount Pleasant local, which is hard to come by, but her hospitality and personal touch made buying a new 2026 Chevy Colorado enjoyable. She stuck around afterward to make sure that everything was perfect. And this was supposed to be her day off, but she was there for me with a great attitude and a warm heart. The service team made the truck look showroom ready when it was time to take it home. Thank you! Michelle in finance left all of the usual “salesperson energy” at the door and worked with me to ensure that I felt good about every penny I was spending. Her family military background shone through as she was “service before self” during the time we spent together. I was so impressed. The entire experience was flawless, and the kids even had a great time coloring and snacking on candy and popcorn!
