  My insurance company recommended Safelite and facilitated the appointment to repair my cracked windshield. The woman at the front desk was personable and checked me in quickly. The waiting room was comfortable and I was happy my dog could wait with me. The estimated time for the replacement of my windshield was 2hrs but the job was completed in about 1½ hrs. Jacob was very nice and quite knowledgeable he went through the checkout process. He gave me instructions to follow to protect the newly installed windshield over the next few days. We had a nice conversation about the type of car I owned and then I was on my way. All in all (other than having a cracked windshield) the entire experience with Safelite was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend the Safelite facility on Stuart Engals Blvd in Mt. pleasant, SC.

  Repair of cracked windshield. Scheduling was very easy and went to shop instead of home service. Took me on time and was complete within an hour. Technicians were professional and looks great and perfectly calibrated.
