Anderson shows up on Tuesday to replace my windshield. Tears the seal around my windshield. Then tells me the replacement he brought is scratched and he would have to reschedule after he has already broke the seal on my existing windshield. I asked him to seal up the seal that he broke. He seals one corner then tries to leave. After I explain to him I have been watching him and he in fact did not seal up my windhsield, he then tries again and only seals the sides back up. They reschedule me for Saturday. It rains a couple times between the new appt. They come on Saturday with the SAME SCRATCHED WINDHSIELD REPLACEMENT from Tuesday. After they told me they would order me a new one . Then the tech Gage and the manager Amber tell me they cant order a new one. I would have to go somewhere else if I want a replacement windshield with no scratches. After all this I agreed to the damaged windhsield replacement that they brought. They continue to take my existing windshield out and then proceed to tell me they cant replace it because there is rust. The rust came from the seal that they broke days ago and didnt reseal up entirely. Of course there is rust. Then they proceeded to tell me they can tow it to a shop. I didn't like that option. I prefer to let my attorney and corporate handle this since Todd and Amber obviously don't know what is going on in their company and send the same damaged windhsield twice and force me to take the damaged windshield or go somewhere else. On top of all this the technician Gage sat on top of my front passenger side door and now it doesnt close properly. DO NOT CALL SAFELITE. They will hire anyone with a pulse. The most awful experience with any company that I have ever had. And all because Anderson and Gage don't know how to check their glass before its loaded for the day. No one at this company wants to work. And Amber and Todd have no clue whats going on while they both tell me different things. I would never allow this kind of trash service in any of my businesses. I have a couple trash cans in my businesses with better customer service than Amber, Todd, Gage, or Anderson could offer. There are plenty of local businesses that can make the claim for you, support local businesses for your glass repair. DO NOT CALL SAFELITE. SCAM. Learn from my mistake!

A rock from a dump truck on a Charleston interstate on my vacation was enough to chip then crack my windshield. I contacted Safelite for a repair at the place we were staying and booked a time for the next day. Despite not starting out well (a call from Safelite that morning stated that the tech called out sick and they may not get to me) they were quickly able to get another tech, Mason, out to me by the end of the day. He evaluated the windshield, told me what he would be doing and the time i would take to complete the replacement. With the replacement completed within the timeline promised, Mason walked me around the new windshield, gave me instructions on do's and don'ts for the next few days, and left us a satisfied customer. Kudos to this Safelite location!

I have a 1987 F250 usually I go with the small local guy for windshield repair but he could not source the windshield. I ended up checking safelite online they said they could get the windshield I’ll admit I was skeptical. I also had an issue the chrome trim around the windshield had parts missing. This truck is almost 40 Years old and a manual transmission. I thought “there’s no way they’ll be able to put the trim on” . I brought my truck over and was greeted by Nicole and I think tech’s name was JT. They were great also I forgot to mention the truck has a push button start they were like “Surething! We’ll get the trim on.” They had no problem driving the truck and did a hell of a job on the trim. The Safelite AI is a mess but the team at this shop is Fantastic!
