He noticed that my plastic wheel well had come loose and was pressing directly into my tire. If Brian hadn't proactively pointed this out, I would have kept driving and caused severe damage to both my tire and the molded plastic. Huge thank you to Brian for his sharp eye, amazing customer service, and for saving me from a costly repair!
