  On Saturday of a 5th wheel RV visit to Charleston I saw I had a flat tire. After finding most tire centers closed over weekend, or totally booked, I finally contacted NTB. They set up a Sunday appointment for me on the way home (300 miles). While putting on my spare I see another tire in bad shape so assumed NTB could handle it too. When I arrived I find they are not authorized to touch an RV and the loose tire maybe several hours each due to shops volume. The manager heard my situation and told me to get my loose tire. By the time I brought it in he had called in another tech to help the days volume, told me he (personally) would get both my tires done ASAP if I did the RV work where I had it parked. Two hours later I had two new tires on the RV and my spare safely stored. Great service at a fair price. And many other guests were likely sped up too. Tx

  I had an excellent experience at the NTB in Mount Pleasant! Zach and Harrison were incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. They took great care of my vehicle and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing tire or auto service!

  Stellar service, exceptional customer service, prompt, courteous, proficient I was literally blown away by the sheer KNOWLEDGE of the the assistant manager…impressive to say the least. So refreshing and encouraging. I will definitely trust NTB for all my future auto service needs.

  I managed to get a nail and called up the NTB location in Mt Pleasant, SC to see if they can get me in for repair. Not only did Dale get me in quickly, but Patrick fixed my tire and everyone was fantastic! Highly recommend this pocatuon. They do great work and the prices are reasonable!!

  I ordered new tires online on 4/26 that said available 4/29. I set an appointment for 4/30. I made arrangements and show up early. I let them know I was here for my appointment. I was told the tires were not in and that they don't stock the tires. No concern, no apology, not even a call to let me know they would be delayed. I said just cancel it and refund my deposit. All I got was "OK". Unfortunately things like this make you look at the Brand not the individual store. NTB will not get my business and I am always happy to share this experience with anyone I interact with.
