  This location is always packed & phone ringing off the hook, yet all of the staff never lose their cool, very professional. I was in a fender bender & still a little shook up, plus had to be out of town the next day for work. Tyler handled everything effortlessly & got me on the road. I interacted with many of the other employees while awaiting repairs & delivery of my SUV, even getting the rentals oil changed, & everyone was just as efficient & pleasurable. Thank you for helping me when things were crazy in my life, this is the location to go to!

  Charged me wrongly and refuses to help over transaction. Multiple members of the team claimed to initiate refund, but to all avail I had to do leg work and dispute on my end through the credit card company. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Also their “supervisor” is a joke and will laugh over the phone over a refund not being processed after calling for over a month. 0/5 stars if I could.
