  This was my second stop to get a new battery for my work truck. First place didn’t acknowledge I was there. Jason had both my batteries in my 2500 tested and the bad one replaced in less than 20min and out the door with a handshake. They were also busier here than the other store.

  Store manager was incredibly helpful and kind! Helped me find my car part and even checked battery level and helped me diagnose another issue. They also helped me order my specific car part and it shipped very quickly! Thank you!

  We visited the store today, daughter’s battery was giving her problems. My wife went in and said can you test the battery and explained the problem. The attendant said no you need to take it to a service center. My wife then said the sign at the door said you test them. He again replied you need to take it to a service center. We left and discovered the battery was bad after it would not start again. We went and bought a new battery (not from autozone) and the car is working fine now. A little disappointed that it was not resolved on the first stop at AutoZone but I’m certain I won’t go back.

  Jason was great!!! He had so much patience with us. Also his store didnt have the iteam in stock and he located it for us and carried it to us where we were broken down. Thumbs up to Jason!!!

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at AutoZone in Mount Pleasant — Jason. I consistently seek out Jason whenever I need assistance because he is always professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating navigating car maintenance and repairs when you are not as knowledgeable about vehicles, and it means a great deal to be able to trust someone not to upsell unnecessary items or services. Jason has always treated me with respect, taken the time to explain things clearly, and helped ensure my car was safe and in optimal driving condition before I left the parking lot. Unfortunately, this level of customer service, integrity, and professionalism seems to be becoming increasingly rare these days, which is exactly why I felt compelled to write this message. Employees like Jason make a lasting impression and are a major reason customers continue returning to a business. I sincerely hope Jason is recognized and celebrated for the exceptional service he provides. He is an incredible representative of your company and deserves acknowledgment for the care and dedication he brings to his work every day.
