- DBDebra BaerMay 12, 20265.0This was my 2nd visit to Mavis Tires & Brakes, located in Moncks Corner, SC for another machine screw in the left rear tire. The store Manager, Carl was most helpful in getting our 2019 Subaru Forester into the shop for the tire repair quick! Our Shop Tech, Bell did a great job fixing the tire & actually showed us the small metal machine screw that was the culprit. We Appreciate Mavis Tires & Brakes, as they’re Always very friendly & take great care of our vehicles! Jim Turner

She went to a few different places and was getting discouraged because everyone was so busy. Mavis was also busy too, but made an appointment with her for the next day. When I got home from work at 8am, she was already home and done. Thanks to Carl and Bell for getting this done for her with no charge! I appreciate it.
- KKKillaneyMay 3, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. I came in last weekend to get four new tires installed, but the quality of work was unacceptable. Two of the tires were not mounted correctly, and during the process, they managed to damage my center hub cap. To make matters worse, I scheduled a follow-up appointment for 11:00 AM today specifically to have these issues corrected. After driving here for my scheduled time, I was told they couldn't perform the work today. It is incredibly disappointing to deal with both poor craftsmanship and a complete lack of respect for a customer’s time. I expected them to make things right, but instead, I’m left with damaged parts and a vehicle that still isn't fixed. I would not recommend this location if you value your car or your schedule.
