  It doesn't make any sense ! Every single time I come here there is only 1 person working at over a 30 minute wait ! PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE THIS IS RIDICULOUS

  Shout out to the Moncks Corner, SC crew for running a tight ship while giving excellent customer service! I would definitely rent from this location again. Please note they are not open on Sundays!

  Was told that Ford would be paying all of our rental car costs from them and confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES we would not have to pay anything, 3 months later they try and charge my husband $180 that Ford wouldn't pay, after calling and speaking with Nikki she said they would not auto charge my husbands card again. Not even a month later and they charge my husband's card $450!! They won't refund unless we give them a different card to charge the $450 to. Don't recommend as they have MANY hidden fees and charge your card without permission.

  Nikki at the Moncks Corner location is an absolute Rockstar. I had a grand wagoneer reserved but the other customers didnt return on time so she stayed late and found another one at a different location. Had her team pick it up and clean it for me the next morning and still got it to me on time. Im so grateful that she was there! Thank you again!
