  ⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Enterprise Moncks Corner location. I frequently rent from both Enterprise and National and have never experienced this level of poor communication. On August 31, I received a call stating that additional payment was needed for my GEICO rental. I explained that I had previously been told I was covered for seven days. The representative told me she would look into it and call me back. I never received that callback. Instead, my card was charged for an additional two days without my authorization. The issue for me is bigger than the money. If I had been told a charge was going to be processed, I could have asked questions, discussed my options, or made a decision about the rental. Instead, I was told I would receive a callback and then discovered that my card had been charged anyway. As someone who regularly chooses Enterprise and National, I know this is not representative of the service I normally receive from the company. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this particular location, and I do not plan to rent from the Moncks Corner branch again. I hope management reviews how this situation was handled, including the unauthorized charge and lack of follow-up.

  Manager is useless. Did not help when the place was overrun with people waiting on cars. All she did was pack up her stuff and left when her shift was up. Other employees are friendly but waiting for over an hour for a car on a preexisting reservation is ridiculous!
