  104 North Highway 52 Moncks Corner SC 29461 Enterprise .The best place to rent a car that I’ve ever experienced renting a car anywhere. The Branch manager Diamond Anderson went above and beyond to help me acquire the vehicle I needed. Thank You!

  They canceled my reservation the day I was picking it up for a one-way trip to my family. Said they didn’t do one way, even though the website lets you reseve them. Said they didn’t know why. Said they couldn’t help me find another reservation.

  I will never be using Enterprise again and definitely not the one in Moncks Corner. Booked a reservation weeks in advance, only to be contacted the day before I was supposed to leave telling me they were canceling my reservation. After going back and forth with them they finally agreed to give me a vehicle. After receiving my vehicle it was on empty, the change oil light was on, I had to fill the tires up with air, and to top it off half way to my destination found out the license plate tags were expired. Unprofessional customer service and I even reached out to corporate about the issues we had and never heard from them either. Never again.
