  Friendly service and thoughtfulness of the service personnel in being willing to work with us while we needed a rental car after a minor accident requiring repairs to be paid by the insurance of the other driver at fault and an uncertain timeline (thought of extending rental in increments and communicated when needing an answer to extend the rental length as needed until repairs to our own car were completed). Also, truly appreciate the integrity of the staff after the rental car was returned and we forgot our garage door opener to reach out and let us know that was the case and hold it for us so that we could retrieve it.

  Had an issue with an airport pick up not close by and they were extremely helpful and got me swapped out and back on the road quickly. Thank you all. I wish the rest of enterprise that I've dealt with throughout the years of traveling would take notes and follow in this office's footsteps.

  I only rent from enterprise. The one in Mauldin is closest to me. They are friendly and professional, and their cars are always clean

  I have been renting from ENTERPRISE since 2020, being over 6 years that I have used their service this past rental was a surreal and extraordinary experience. I had a situation occur while in one of their vehicles where another vehicle and I were a no fault small collision. It was a parking lot mishap. You would think that most large companies would gouge you for a scratch on the rental but ENTERPRISE not only took their consideration of the incident very seriously but also put me at ease that there would be no charge. With my career I work from home so I choose to utilize ENTERPRISE for any of my travel needs. I can vouch and attest this incident here was one I did not expect the experience I had received. The rentals are always clean, well kept, and the customer service speaks for itself. The specific branches I have dealt with Mauldin Enterprise hands down is always an amazing experience. Nick, Haley, and Ryan take your rental needs seriously. The area manager Brock is very approachable if there is any issue and maintains ownership and accountability for all of his locations in a professional manner.
