  Excellent Safelite Experience — Especially Thanks to Matthew I contacted Safelite and two other auto glass replacement companies to get estimates for repairing a rock chip and crack in the windshield of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Safelite offered the best price, and the convenience of having the work done in my driveway was a big plus. I initially had an issue with Safelite’s online pricing. After calling and speaking with a live agent, my price actually increased by $15 when I removed the windshield wipers from my estimate—a $70 item. I expected the price to decrease, but instead some of the built-in discounts were removed. I canceled the original online estimate and rebooked the appointment, which restored the original pricing. Once that was resolved, scheduling the appointment was easy. Matthew was the technician assigned to my appointment, and he made the entire experience exceptional. On the day of the appointment, Matthew called to ask if he could arrive earlier. I agreed, and he texted me about 15 minutes before arriving. Matthew was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He immediately got to work removing the old windshield and installing the new one. I asked him numerous questions while he worked, and he patiently answered every one without hesitation. Matthew also installed the new windshield wiper blades, thoroughly cleaned both the inside and outside of the windshield, and applied Safelite Rain Repellent. As an added bonus, I received a free can of window cleaner, and my final price was reduced by another $15. Overall, Matthew made what could have been a routine windshield replacement a genuinely pleasant experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. I would definitely recommend Safelite to my friends and family. If I ever need auto glass service again, Safelite will be the first company I call rather than spending time getting multiple estimates. Thank you to the Safelite team—and especially Matthew—for making this such a great experience!

  Initially scheduled an at home replacement for our windshield, however the weather was becoming unpredictable, so Safelite gave me the option of rescheduling or coming into their shop. Decided to go to their shop which was very convenient and only a short drive from our location. Dealt with Matt at the Little River location and he was very professional on the phone and in person as well. They took my vehicle in right away and completed the replacement quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the shop and the employees I dealt with. Would highly recommend if you need a windshield replacement.
