  Went into Mavis after going to another local tire shop and I’m glad I did! Josh came right over to me and listened to the issue that I was having. Josh and another mechanic carefully checked my tire for trying to find the leak that the other tire shop said I had and would not be able to be patched telling me I needed a new tire. After 15 minutes of submerging the tire in water checking for the leak no leak was found. They checked the tire pressure in the other tires and sent me on my way. No charge . These 2 guys just got a customer for life ! Thank you again for taking the time to address my issue and being Honest with me.

  I was in a tight situation and I went into Mavis Tire & Brakes on Mother's Day morning. I could not believe they were open. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were super nice and very professional. I can not thank Josh, Tony and Marquis enough for all their help. If you should ever need quality work with great customer service, I recommend you stopping in. Thank you again Mavis Tire & Brakes for hiring such a great team!!!

  When setting up the appointment, Josh was up front on pricing and service, when entering the store George was behind the counter and was friendly and verified the information/service. They both kept ne updated on the progress. Would highly recommend them

  Josh is phenomenal. He and he partner figured out what was wrong with my truck and fixed the problem I had been complaining about for months. He has excellent customer service and went above and beyond to get me my vehicle back earlier than expected. I moved here from NY and they have been nothing but a blessing when I need work done to my vehicle.

  Worked late trying to catch up after 5pm and noticed my tire pressure was low. I found a nail embedded in my tire and immediately started stressing because I have to travel out of town today for my nephew’s graduation and still needed to pick up family before leaving. I called my dealership first, but they couldn’t fit me in before closing. I then called Mavis in Little River, spoke to George, close to 6pm, right before they closed, and they still took me in and helped me out. They repaired it quickly and didn’t even charge me. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help at the last minute. They turned a very stressful situation into a huge relief. Thank you, Mavis, for the excellent customer service!
