- CDCasey DomAug 28, 20261.0i tried to cancel my member ship but it is a super long process just to do that you have to email the company to get them to stop charging your card even after you stopped going aparently my membership was sold to quack they said I have to go out of state just to cancel because that is where i signed up at even though its the same company they never told me it was being sold I go to utah to visit family on holidays and wont be up there again till december I guess ill be making a early visit
- JSJoshua SmithersAug 26, 20261.0I have been going here for awhile now they keep shooting up the prices without sending out any notifications, I specifically got the protect wash to get underbody cleaning for my truck I like to go mudding and it always comes out the other side unclean, I asked the manager about it and they said that part of the wash does not even work so I dont know why im paying, I have to fight to find a spot where the vacuums are working most of them seem to be clogged, every time I come here they always say the spray gun is broken and refuse to spray off my windshield, the workers are always very kind and helpful though, once tommy's express opens I will be going there instead
- JJJacklynn JohnstonAug 25, 20261.0First off, this is the WOMENS bathroom that clearly is the only working bathroom so everyone is using this one. 🤮 No toilet paper and detail towels in the Trashcan that were clearly used in place of the non existent toilet paper. Pee and poop blast all over the toilet and floor around. Plus no AC in here so the smell was atrocious. The most disgusting bathroom I’ve been into in a LONG time. Secondly, most of the vaccums do not work. Finally, they stopped giving out free air fresheners and kept saying they would restock but now say they no longer do them and will not be restocking. Yet the membership fee has continued to increase since joining. I will stick to other locations!

To start with, there was a very strong foul odor as I was going through the wash. Then, after parking under the shed, I had trouble finding a vacuum that worked. After moving my car twice, I finally found one that was sufficient even though it was not powerful as I am used to having here. Please do better!
