  I went to the Take 5 car wash on Lexington Avenue to get a gift card for my dad. I truly had the best customer service from Niyah! Good customer service is hard to find these days so when I get it I have to let everyone know. Niyah was very knowledgeable and super nice!! She went above and beyond to help give my dad the perfect gift. I will go to that location simply because of her. Thank you Niyah!!

  Trinity went above and beyond making sure my car looked its best today! He found a place where pine sap had dripped and dried on that I hadn’t noticed and took extra care to remove it. He was meticulous and detailed and did a fantastic job.

  I had my wife’s car washed and decided to have Take 5 do the interior clean up instead of me. Terry and Trinity did a Super job cleaning the interior including the floor mats, drying the exterior and cleaning the rims and tires. They went over everything and re-inspected it before turning the car over to me. I will definitely do it again at the Lexington Take 5 (the old Frank’s Carwash) car wash.

  Amazing job on detailing my vehicle. Floyd and the other gentleman really did a great job. I cannot remember his name. But amazing job. Thank you for taking care of my car like it was yours. I will definitely be back.

  The service at 5 Star Car Wash was indeed 5 Star - the young woman who checked me spoke clearly and was knowledgeable about my options. I chose the $18 per month with free interior cleaning. The young man who offered to drive my car through the wash was also courteous and knowledgeable about the process. I asked whether or not there was wax in the washing process, he confirmed that my car was getting the necessary wax to keep it looking great. Thank you to everyone at 5 Star for making this otherwise unfamiliar experience feel like my car and me were being cared for.
